5 Tournament Fact Sheet Information Roster/Entry Forms: Check In: Please send your (1) USA Tournament Roster, (2) USA Official Tournament Entry Form, (3) Entry Fee $450 (payable to: Friends of our Parks) by 07/27/2018. Team check-in will take place at the Coaches Meeting, Thursday August 2 nd. Coaches Meal/ Tournament Draw: The Coaches Meeting will include a meal for two (2) coaches/managers on Thursday, August 2 nd ; time is TBA. The lunch will take place at: TBA The tournament draw will take place at the coaches meeting. Umpire meeting on August 2 nd, 2018 Opening Ceremonies: Located at James Messer Sports Complex prior to game 1. If a team is not present at game time, it will forfeit the game. Teams should be prepared to start a game immediately after the preceding game is completed due to time constraints. Tournament awards will be awarded after championship games. Managers and coaches are asked to have complete control of their players both on and off the field. Practice fields are scheduled on a first come first served basis. To schedule a field, please contact Cindy Mead at (850) Admission fees are not charged for spectators. (No Pets are allowed at James Messer Sports Complex). There is ample parking available at James Messer Sports Complex and it is free of charge. Concession stands will be open during game times throughout the entire tournament. Souvenirs, will be available during game times throughout the entire tournament at James Messer Sports Complex. In case of inclement weather, please call the Rain Line at A recorded message will provide rescheduling details.. Games postponed due to rain will be made up as determined by the Tournament Director. 6
