3 Methodology Survey administration: February of 2014 Sampling strategy: schools were selected to generate statistically representative state-level and county-level estimates Students surveyed in all 67 Florida counties Final sample size was 65,917 across grades 6 through 12 The margin of error is less than 1.0 percentage point for M.S. and H.S. prevalence rates 3
