4 Introduction This report displays the results of the FY 2015 School-Based survey performed by the South Carolina Department of Mental Health (SCDMH). The administering and collecting of surveys was performed at each mental health center s outpatient facilities. Each center was responsible for providing the surveys to their clients, collecting, and transporting them back to the administration building for processing. This year s survey process involved the same sampling method as prior years, using a convenience sample. This method is not as accurate at reflecting the overall population as a random sample would be. For further information into the calculation of the domains or methodology please read the FY 15 MHSIP Statewide Report.
