1 Taking the first step to organising a paintball day can be a little daunting but congratulations you ve done it. Our ultimate staff members are here for you every step of the way so if you have any questions that are not answered in this pack please contact the office. Ultimate Paintball Camden prides itself on being Sydney s largest paintball Park, having the best customer service and no hidden costs. Organiser Responsibilities As the organiser is it your responsibility to ensure your group is aware of the following information In NSW paintball can only be played by people who are 16 Years of age or over. Everyone no matter how old they are must show Photo I.D. on the day. No I.D. no play. Your first step as an organiser is to select a date & session time. Places fill up quickly on the weekends so we suggest you book in with at least 3 weeks notice to have a high change of getting the date & time you are after. Payments are required to be paid in a lump sum to Ultimate Paintball by the group organiser. Payments are due at least 10 days prior to your booked date to secure your spot and qualify for any bonuses. Pricing for your Tactical Kit is just $39 with a free 200 paintball Bonus (See Packages page for more details) Payments can be paid via Cash, EFTPOS or Credit Card. (See Payment Options page for more details) Please note: Paintballs are non transferable. 10 days notice prior to playing date is required for refunds or change of playing date. Any players that do not show up on booked date forfeit their $39 deposit. Once your payments have been made and your booking is secure, you will be ed a Booking Confirmation for your records. You will also receive a copy of the Disclaimer Form which can be filled out on the day by over 18 s. If you have players who are aged years old in your group they will need the Parental Consent section signed & filled out on their form (this can be done on the day if a Parent/Guardian over the age of 18 is present.) We suggest that you send this out before the day to everyone in your group if not all the parents are going to be there on the day so they have a chance to read & complete the forms before they come. All players on the day must be signed in no later than 9:00am for morning sessions and 12.30pm for afternoon sessions in order for the organiser and players to receive any bonuses. This is for weekends as public holidays & weekdays are by appointment only. Please Note: If you are late for your booking a late fee of $37.50 may be charged for every 30mins until arrival. This is to cover the cost of staff that have been assigned to your group. There is no minimum number of players required for group bookings on weekends. The average group sizes are around 35 people so groups will tend to be mixed in with other players. (It is more fun the more targets you have to shoot at) If you would like to have your own group a minimum of 30 players on the day is required. Mid week bookings are available by appointment and require a minimum of 20 players in a group. Although at the time of booking Ultimate Paintball will endeavour to keep groups together, we reserves the right to make up and add players to teams to ensure all teams are even and fair. Please ensure all players are aware of pricing and are wearing appropriate clothing and footwear (see What Happens on the Day, for more information) Ultimate Paintball is an Alcohol Free Zone and players may be refused entry if under the influence of Drugs or Alcohol. Tactical Kit Hire Includes: A 400 shot capacity Ammo belt, Pre packed pods, Anti fogged open-back goggle system to ensure proper airflow for your comfort, camo overalls, latest high quality semi automatic paintball gun (as fast as you can pull that trigger, it will shoot), neck guard and Custom designed body amour for the ladies. Please Note: To qualify for the Tactical Kit 200 Paintball Bonus and secure your booking a $39 deposit per person is required at least 10 days prior to the booked date. Need more paint? It s your choice if you would like to Prepay for your paintballs before the booked date or just Pay on the day of play. Please see paint pricing options below. Paintballs are just $15 per 100 (1 Pod) or choose from one of the three special options below. OPTION 1 -$50 for 400 Paintballs OPTION 2 - $80 for 700 Paintballs OPTION 3 - $100 for 900 Paintballs Please Note: All pricing is GST inclusive. 4 What happens on the day? Rain, Hail or Shine, Paintball is on! Teams arrive at allocated starting times between 7.30am to 8.00am Group Organiser lets staff know when your group has arrived. Players complete paperwork and receive a brief of how the day works Players are then brought up to the counter to Sign In Players provide photo ID (retained whilst in play) Players pay outstanding balance of packages and purchase Gloves and Groin guards & Optional extras Players are allocated tags to be kept on them at all times Players fitted with Camouflaged Coveralls Players return valuables to their vehicles & can leave keys in their group basket. FREE Group Photos are taken available from out Facebook page by the following Thursday. All Players are given a Safety Briefing Players are put into teams and allocated fully trained referees Players then receive safety equipment and Paintball Markers (Guns) Groups then move out onto the Live Field and receive an instructional Gun Talk at the shooting range. No agent, servant or representative of the company has authority to alter, modify of waive any of the above conditions. 8. I am fully aware of the risks to myself and others in playing the game. 7 PAINTBALL RULES OF THE GAME Before entering any Ultimate Paintball playing field; All persons, players or spectators must read and sign the Conditions of Participation detailed on the reverse side and in so doing, agree to abide by the following rules: 1. All instructions and decisions of the referees and Ultimate Paintball staff must be followed at all times. 2. Only approved safety equipment shall be used, all private safety equipment must be submitted to Ultimate Paintball management for examination prior to use. 3. Protective clothing including face mask/ goggles must remain on at all times unless instructed otherwise by Ultimate Paintball staff. 4. No player shall fire upon another player at a range closer than six metres. 5. No player shall deliberately shoot anyone in the head or face. 6. Ultimate Paintball reserves the right to remove immediately from the game and field any person or group who in the opinion of Ultimate Paintball or its staff has breached any of these rules or is engaging in any behaviour which Ultimate Paintball or its staff consider to be unacceptable or dangerous. AGE DECLARATION & PARENTAL CONSENT This section is to be completed by the parent/legal guardian of the young person wishing to participate in Paintball at Ultimate Paintball Pty Limited. Any person aged 16 to 17 years of age must provide this completed section to Ultimate Paintball Pty Limited staff at the time of Sign in.
