1 ROUND AUSTRALIAN SUPERCROSS CHAMPIONSHIP FINAL INSTRUCTIONS Coolum, Queensland Permit No: MA2037 IMN: 297/34 Steward: Shane Fraser Clerk of Course: John Walker Race Secretary: Shannon Reimann Dear Competitor, Hello and welcome to the 2 nd round of the 2018 Australian Supercross Championship. This is a new venue so please find the information required for the event. This event will be run as per the 2018 MoMS, the Supplementary Regulations and these Final Instructions. Any queries during the event are to be referred to the Officials of the meeting - Shane Fraser or John Walker. THE ONUS IS ON YOU TO ensure that your licence is current, clear of any suspension, and of the correct endorsement. Competitors require Supercross (SX) endorsement. All competitors MUST have a Helmet Ejection System fitted. A self-scrutineering form needs to be filled in at every round and handed in at Sign On. A medical form is only required if you DID NOT compete at round 1, or if you have had an incident between round 1 and this round which may assist the Medical Team in your treatment. If you could please bring copies already filled in it would be greatly appreciated. Front plates must contain the Motorcycling Australia SX Logo. Any person wishing to access the pit board/mechanics area must have either a current Crew Licence or a current MA senior national Licence. Juniors are not permitted to pit board from this area. Crew licences can be purchased via Ridernet. Transponders: Transponders must be collected from the designated area and be fixed to your bike prior to practice. Timing this round will be via the mylaps system, and live results will be via the Speedhive app. The schedule, self-scrutineering and medical forms are below.

2 Venue information: The track is located at Research Street, Coolum. Internal venue map is below. Camping is permitted at the venue there are showers at the venue, please ensure that you respect the facilities. STRICTLY NO Alcohol in the pit area. NO FIRES are allowed. The pits will be closed to the public (excluding the Pit Party). Pit tents must be secured properly. Fuel must be in appropriate containers. No open-toed shoes. Tear offs may be used at this venue. BY ORDER OF THE POLICE No vehicles are to leave the venue until the Crowd has dissipated. This is a matter of SAFETY. Pit Parking - Trucks must be in to the venue by 2pm. Any queries regarding parking is to be referred to Kevin Williams There will be a BEST WHIP Competition. Please register you interest to Scott Bannan on the day of the event. The starting times and length of sessions and races are subject to change and will be changed in the event of an incident or delay in operations.
