1 SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS MAXXIS FIM ENDURO WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP The «Funnelweb Filter» GP of Great Britain ANNOUNCMENT Fast Eddy Racing Ltd will promote a round of the 2017 MAXXIS FIM Enduro World Championship on behalf of the ACU (Great Britain Motorcycle Federation). The event will be held in accordance with the Sporting Code of the FIM together with the relevant Appendices, these Supplementary Regulations and any Final Instructions approved by the FIM Race Direction. The event will be held on 23rd -24th September 2017 at Hawkstone Park MX Circuit, Shropshire SY1 4NA. ENTRIES All entries must be made in writing by an electronic entry form available in the site All other information relating to the riders, team, sponsor and the brand of the machine shall be completed. The entry must include the entry fee payable by bank card, via a secured system. The entry form will be valid once the payment has been made. Entry fees will be of 250 EUR/ Male Rider, 180 EUR/Younth Riders for the 3 days. 30 euros for the renting fees of the transponders will be added. (Also for the National riders competing in national classes) All entries must be received before 02/09/2017 (21 days before the start day of the event). Or will be possible after this dead line with a fine of 50 per entry. Local organizer is responsible of the OPEN NATIONAL race entries. All riders not affiliated to the FMNR must have their entry form endorsed by their own National FMN. The riders must also sign the official signing-on document on site in order to appear on the official starting list. 2. TECHNICAL CONTROL AND REGISTRATION Technical inspection will take place on Friday 22nd Sept at Hawkstone Park Time: 1pm to 4pm. During the registration, transponders, holders & mounting instructions will be distributed to participants who are not already in possession of the correct support. The cost of each holder is included in the transponder renting fee. A sound test will be carried out in accordance with the FIM Enduro Technical Rules. Machines must be fitted with FIM Specification Tyres No MX tyres Marked parts: * Wheels, * Frame, * Silencer Riders may also present the machine with a 2 nd silencer to be tested and marked During either day of event the event, if required to do so, the silencer can be replaced only with the reserved silencer which was marked at Tech control. Registration plates need not be fitted. Side stands: Optional. Lights: Must be fitted but do not have to be operational, in same way as Super Enduro Art At the Administrative Control (for not permanent riders, wild card riders) the rider must submit his FIM Rider's License, the starting Permission, Driving License, International Insurance Certificate (Green card).

3 Training Track: a small Part of the Hawkstone circuit will be open Friday 22rd Sept from 10am- 12. For International riders only. No national class riders. NOTE: AT HAWKSTONE PARK MACHINES CAN ONLY BE RUN BETWEEN 9.00am and 6pm. No machines to run outside these times THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO RIDING OF MACHINES AT HAWKSTONE PARK OTHER THAN IN RACES OR AT TRAINING AREA AT CORRECT TIMES 3. FORMAT : Saturday 23/9/17 - Sprint Enduro Description: A Sprint Enduro is a test of speed, endurance and reliability based on a series of Enduro and MX tests. The two tests will be clearly marked out. From controlled individual starts, competitors are required to complete a single Timed Special test and return to the designated pit area. After each test the riders returns to the Pit/Service area for repair / refuel and then wait until called upon to complete their next timed test. There will be a sighting lap prior to first test for each rider There will be two Special tests: MX test - (approx. 4mins) Riders will be divided into two groups Enduro test - (approx. 8mins) Group A: Enduro GP & Enduro 2. Group B: Enduro Junior & Enduro Youth The two tests will run simultaneously The Enduro GP and Enduro 2 riders will use the MX test first while the Enduro Junior and Youth riders will use the Enduro Test. The two groups will then change over after each class has completed six timed tests Example: When Group A are completing all their MX tests, Group B will be completing all their Enduro tests. Each series of tests should take the group approx. 3 to 3.5 hours for all riders to complete Once all those tests completed, that group of riders move to the other Special test It is envisaged each rider will complete 6 timed MX and 6 timed Enduro tests making a total of 12 tests for that day

All classes (Enduro GP, E2, Enduro Junior + Enduro Youth). Once the rider s machines have passed inspection at the entrance to the pit lane / service area they cannot be removed and must remain at the service point of their respective team. 9.45; Riders will be called forward to the Holding Area s where they will be placed in their respective class and number order of their current world championship standing position s.

5 START ORDER: The Start Order for Test 1 for each Class will be in the order of the current World Standings of that class at that time. Example... current leader of Enduro GP to position Number 1, Second position in the points table will go to position Number 2.. and same for the remaining riders in each class. Enduro GP on the left side, E2 on the right side and then the same for Enduro Junior and Enduro Youth in holding area Number 2. The Start Order for the remaining tests 2, 3, 4, will be in the order of the fastest rider 1 st followed by the 2 nd fastest from each previous lap and so on. (Not accumulative). At the completion of each timed test the rider will return to the pit area where service may take place under normal World Enduro Regulations. For the riders next timed test, he will be called to a Holding Area and then proceed to wait with their bike at the marker number in order of the result from the test before as described above. The rider who made the fastest time in test No 1 will go to the marker No1, the second fastest rider will go to marker No2 and so on. Enduro GP and E2 will be placed in the Holding area for the MX Test. Enduro Junior and Youth riders in the adjacent Holding area for the Enduro test am. Enduro GP / E2 Enduro GP Rider in position No 1 will be called forward to the start line of the MX test for his Sighting Lap. Then +30 seconds rider No 2 will leave the start line for his sighting lap, + 30 seconds and rider No 3 for his sighting lap and so on. After the last Enduro GP rider, the First E2 position rider will follow. The same format will apply for the remaining riders in number order at + 30 seconds am. Enduro Junior / Youth; Enduro Junior Rider in position No 1 will be called forward to the start line of the Enduro test for his Sighting Lap. Then +30 seconds rider No 2 will leave the start line for his sighting lap, + 30 seconds and rider No 3 for his sighting lap and so on. After the last Enduro Junior rider, the First Enduro Youth position rider will follow. The same format will apply for the remaining riders in number order at + 30 seconds. After all riders in each class have completed their sighting laps they will return to their race service team in Pit lane which will be classed as a Closed working area. Work by the rider and mechanics is allowed but the riders machines must remain in this area at all times. Any riders bike that leaves this area and returns back to Paddock A or Paddock B will be excluded from the days results approx. All Riders will return to the holding areas to begin the Timed Lap No1. After Timed lap No1, the fasted rider from test No1 will then take the start position No1 in the holding area. 2nd fasted rider form test No 1 will take start position No2. 3rd fastest rider from test No 1 with take start position No3. The same format will be for all other classes and the same throughout for test 2 to test 6.

6 After all riders have completed 6 timed test s the format will start again with the sighting lap for Enduro GP + E2 on the Enduro test and the Enduro Junior and Youth on the MX test. Each class will do 6 more timed laps until the end of the day. After each rider in each class has completed a total of 12 timed tests (6 MX + 6 Enduro), the riders bikes can return to Paddock A or B for overnight repair and storage. AT THE END OF EACH TIMED TEST REGARDLESS OF CLASSES A CLOSING TEST MARSHAL WILL LEAVE APPROX 1-2 MIN AFTER LAST RIDER STARTS THE TEST. ANY RIDER PASSED BY THIS TEST CLOSING MARSHAL WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE RETIRED. After Group A (all Enduro GP and Enduro 2 riders) have completed all their 6 timed tests and Group B ( all Enduro Junior and Enduro Youth riders) have completed all their 6 tests, there will be a short time interval in the pits and each group will then move to the other series of tests. A rider who does not come to Start area when called and therefore misses his start position will be given the next available start position. If a rider misses the final call he will be classed as retired. RIDERS FAILING TO COMPLETE THE SET NUMBER OF TETS OR FAILING TO COMPLETE ANY WHOLE TEST WILL BE CLASSIFIED AS RETIRED. AT THE END OF EACH TIMED TEST REGARDLESS OF CLASSES A CLOSING TEST MARSHAL WILL LEAVE APPROX 1-2 MIN AFTER LAST RIDER STARTS THE TEST. ANY RIDER PASSED BY THIS TEST CLOSING MARSHAL WILL BE DEEMED TO HAVE RETIRED. After Group A (all Enduro GP and Enduro 2 riders) have completed all their 6 timed tests and Group B ( all Enduro Junior and Enduro Youth riders) have completed all their 6 tests, there will be a short time interval in the pits and each group will then move to the other series of tests. SUNDAY 24th Sept 9.00am National Cross Country Race 12.00pm WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP GNCC STYLE RACE START ORDER: Will be the same Start order as Test One, Sprint Enduro on Saturday i.e The current classification of the previous World Championship round before Hawkstone. The leading rider in class from previous EWC classification will enter to the start line first and so on Sunday main race START LINE UP: ENDURO GP ENDURO 2 ENDURO JUNIOR ENDURO YOUTH START FORMAT: 30 second Engine warm up - National Anthem Start by flag: 1 minute interval between classes

7 Sunday Format: am; Technical inspection at the entrance to the Sunday holding area for all classes. Enduro GP, E2, Junior. (At the FIM parking area on the circuit map) NOTE: Fuel Tanks: All Standard / Oversize / Aftermarket fuel tanks are allowed Quick fill type containers can be used. IMPORTANT NOTE all petrol tanks on the bikes MUST FEATURE STANDARD SCREW TYPE TOPs and not GNCC push down type. Each rider must enter the pit/service area at least TWICE during the race which will be recorded. Failure to enter pit/service area at least twice will result in disqualification am; closing of the Holding Area for all GP, E2, Junior + youth classes am; All riders proceed to the start line of the Main race. Riders will line up in class order on the main MX start straight. The track for Sunday will be the combined Mx and Enduro tracks from Saturday and also an EXTRA loop in the wooded area to the North east of the circuit. No sighting lap for the Sunday race will be given am; Dead engine start of the Enduro GP class am: Dead engine start of class E am Dead engine start of Enduro Junior am Dead engine start of Enduro Youth. The race distance will be 3 hours for all classes.
