Attention: Mr. Shawn Castillo Test dates Start: Completion: 1/28/2013 2/6/2013 Environ test number: Purchase order numbers: Purchase date: and /4/2013 and 2/7/2013 Crash Safety (Impulse) Shock Test 1.0 Abstract 1.1 Object Subject two Ruggedized Computer Servers to a Crash Safety (Impulse) Shock Test as specified in customer s dated October 30, 2012 through February 7, 2013, and RTCA/DO-160F, dated December 6, 2007, Section 7, Procedure I, Paragraph 7.3.1, as requested in Crystal Group, Inc. purchase order , dated January 4, 2013, and purchase order , dated February 7, Conclusions Post-test visual inspection of the test units revealed no evidence of physical damage. The test units remained securely mounted, and stayed in place on the test fixture. 4 3.0 Test requested Subject two Ruggedized Computer Servers to a Crash Safety (Impulse) Shock Test as specified in customer s dated October 30, 2012 through February 7, 2013, and RTCA/DO-160F, dated December 6, 2007, Section 7, Procedure I, Paragraph Crash Safety (Impulse) Shock Secure the unit under test to the shock table by means of a rigid test fixture. Use the mounting means intended for use in service installations. Apply one shock in each direction of the three mutually perpendicular axes, for a total of six shocks, as follows: Pulse shape... Terminal-peak sawtooth Shock level g peak acceleration Pulse duration milliseconds After application of the six shocks, bending and distortion shall be permitted. There shall be no failure of the mounting attachments, and the test unit shall remain in place on the test fixture. ENVIRON LABORATORIES LLC Page 2 of 26

6 4.2 Procedure Trial drops were conducted to produce the specified shock input of 20 g, 11 milliseconds, and terminal-peak sawtooth waveform. The RS378L24 test unit was mounted to the shock machine table. One shock was then applied in each direction of the three major orthogonal axes, for a total of six shocks. The second test unit, RS235, was also subjected to this test. The same shock level was employed. One shock was applied in each direction of the three major orthogonal axes, for a total of six shocks. The test units were visually inspected after these shock tests. Photographs of all test setups were obtained, as testing progressed. 4.3 Results Post-test visual inspection of the test units revealed no evidence of physical damage. The test units remained securely mounted, and stayed in place on the test fixture. No loose parts were ejected from the test units. The test units were returned to Crystal Group, Inc.
