5 Doors open at 7:30AM TOURNAMENT GAME RULES Admission $10 a day for adults $6 a day for kids 12 & under. No weekend passes. All teams are guaranteed 3 games. All PAC Code of Conduct policies will be in effect for Coaches, Players and Spectators participating at the PAC. Any Tournament Director has the right to remove unsportsmanlike players, coaches and fans at any time. Home team is responsible for keeping the clock. Visiting team is responsible for keeping the book. The first team listed will be the home team and second team listed will be the visiting team. Ties will be determined by head to head wins. Ties will be broken by point differential not to exceed 15 points per game. Games will consist of two 14-minute stop clock halves. The clock will run if there is a 15 point differential. Stop clock will resume once a lead is closed to 10 points. There will be a 2 minute overtime. There will be a 2 min halftime and a 3 minute warm up between games. Each team is allowed 2 timeouts per game Boys 6th Grade and older Divisions will use a 29 basketball. Boys 5/6th Grade and older combined Divisions will use a 29 basketball. Tournament Champions will receive a 1st place ring. Effective June 1, 2018: An Armed Security Officer will be present at PAC Events, to ensure safety on the premises.
