3 PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE REGISTER YOUR TEAM IN THE APPROPRIATE DIVISION No substitutes or borrowing players B Division: C Division: Higher level of hockey abilities but slowing down with age. (Average player rating 3-3.5) Low Rec / TRUE recreation division. (Average player rating 2-2.5) Player Skill Level Rating: Level 5 Level 4 Level 3 Level 2 Level 1 College hockey / best skaters in the league and have exceptional hockey abilities, skills, knowledge and experience. High School hockey / substantial hockey abilities, skills, knowledge and experience. Played a considerable amount of hockey in the past. Never played organized but damn good / great wide middle of adult recreational hockey. Have good knowledge of the game, skating and puck handling skills and can play at a general competitive level. General knowledge of the game and have fundamental skating and stick handling skills. Some will be advancing from a novice level of play and others may be slowing with age and moving down from higher ranks. New to the game of hockey, developing fundamental skating and stick handling skills. Learning basic rules of the game and team play.

4 You will receive confirmation when your registration is received. Rosters must be completed and turned in to the tournament director before your first game. Each Roster must contain the player s name and jersey number. Tournament Entry Fee includes: 3 game guarantee plus Championship game Friday Night Games 6:15 pm Saturday Games 8:00 am 9:00 pm Sunday Games 8:00 am - 3:00 pm Saturday Night Beacon Ice House Beverages ARENA / $15 Bottomless Stein $280 SAUCE TOSS GAME RAFFLE / Saturday RULES OF PLAY: Players must be at least 18 years old Full face Shields Mandatory for female players Each team will play a minimum of three games. Games will consist of three 17 minute periods, plus four minute warmup / 1 minute period breaks / each team has a one minute time out per game. Five on Five non-checking hockey. Three goal limit per player, per game. Three penalties in one game will result in ejection. Fighting will result in ejection of game! / tournament? Championship Game: Top two teams will advance based on the following scoring system: Points: 2 for win /1 for tie /0 for loss If there is a tie in points, it will be decided as follows: Goal differential - Penalties (.5 point per penalty)
