Kamloops Minor Hockey Association and the Host Committee congratulate you on representing your District at the 2010 Female Bantam A Provincial Championships. We are honored and excited to be hosting this event and are looking forward to making this a positive and memorable experience for all participants. Please review the following information and complete the necessary documentation as soon as your team is confirmed as the District Representative. Tournament Location: The Female Bantam A Provincial Championships will be held at Memorial Arena, 740 Victoria Street, Kamloops, BC. Coaches and Managers Meeting: There will be a mandatory meeting for all coaches and managers on Tuesday, March 09 th at 8:30 pm at the Thompson Hotel and Conference Center, 650 Victoria Street, Kamloops, BC. Contact Information: Please provide the following information: Association information web address, phone numbers Coaching information - head and assistant coaches complete with phone numbers and address. Team Manager complete with phone number and address Please send your accommodation information once you have booked.

2 Tean Pictures and Logos: This event requires an official, hi-res quality team photo, and a complete roster with coaches names, player names and jersey numbers. Also required is an image of your association s logo, as well as home and away colors. Please forward team rosters as soon as possible to billjohnson@telus.net. Medical Information: Please forward any necessary medical information you have on file regarding players so we may be prepared to provide the best service in case of an emergency. Accomodation: The Thompson Hotel and Conference Center 650 Victoria Street - located right next door to the arena, deluxe continental breakfast bar included, pool and hot tub, ample parking, equipment room storage, games room, complimentary theatre room for teams, common room for team meal pre; - dball@thompsonhotel.ca $104 plus tax Coast Hotel and Resorts 339 St. Paul Street - located a few blocks away from the arena, sport team menus/meals available, heated outdoor pool and hot tub, ample parking, equipment room storage, restaurant and pub - or or $95 plus tax

Remaining participants are asked to wear matching tracksuits, track suit pants or dress pants and their team s home color jersey. Please bring a team banner if you have one, or notify a representative that you require one and we will supply a sign for your team. Team Banquet: There will be a banquet held at the Kamloops Curling Club, 700 Victoria Street (located between the Thompson Hotel and Memorial Arena) on Tuesday, March 09 th at 6:00 pm. Tickets are $15. More details for this will be available in the future as the event nears.
