Your ATA card must be up to date and scores averaged before being classified. Be sure your classification and handicap yardage are marked on your average card by a member of the Handicap Committee before you leave the table. It is the responsibility of the shooter to know the rules. You are subject to penalties for shooting in the wrong classification or disqualification for shooting on the wrong yardage. At all tournaments where All-American points will be awarded in any event, category shooters may declare only one (1) category (i.e. Lady, Sub-Junior, Junior, Veteran or Sr. Vet.). Chair shooters are exempt from this rule. Section X. Paragraph D. of the current 2010 Official ATA Rule Book will be enforced. Added money follows trophy. TROPHIES Only one trophy will be awarded to any one shooter in the same event. When the shooter s score qualifies for more than one trophy in the same event, the contestant must notify the Classification table which trophy they will accept or shoot off for. This rule also includes carry-overs. This choice must be declared within 15 minutes after the scores for the event have been posted. Lady, Junior, Sub-junior, Veteran and Senior Veteran shooters must declare their category when classified. MANAGEMENT Daily Fees: $4 -- (ATA $2, GATA $2) Shooting will start on time each day. Shooters missing their squad can re-squad for a $20 re-entry fee. NO ENTRIES REFUNDED UNLESS EVENT OR SHOOT IS CANCELLED. Pay-off sheets will be posted for all events except the last day. Management will not be responsible for errors in scores after options have been posted on the scoreboard. Any shooter entitled to receive money won during this shoot agrees that if such money is not received during this tournament, a check may be mailed to the address on the ATA card used for entry. When so mailed, the GATA or Cashier will not be liable for any reason for undelivered checks. Shoot management reserves the right to reject any entrant and to modify the program at any time during the shoot. In the event of a dispute, members of the GATA Executive Committee will render a binding decision. Only South River Gun Club or appointed vendors may sell shells on Club grounds.
