Rules: The 2018 Pony Club Tetrathlon Rules will apply. N.B. New this year! Paper numbers will be used for the X- country ride. Scoring is based on a positive score : so the better you do in each phase the more you score! 2. Entries: PLEASE NOTE: No entries or late entries will be accepted. Entry Fee: Classes 1-6, per competitor. Classes 7-9, 15 per competitor. The fee includes 6.00 for specific First Aid attendance. Non-refundable cheques should be made payable to Trust Ltd., and sent to Mrs. J. Latham,, Rushmore Park, Tollard Royal, Nr. Salisbury, Wiltshire SP5 5QD by close of entries on Wednesday 9 th May, or earlier if class is full.

3 Fence Judge Cover: If possible Team Managers to provide a representative from their school/pony club to man one fence during the cross country riding phase for the duration of the day. 3. Rosettes: According to entries. The organiser is happy to forward on any rosettes awarded as long as a stamped addressed envelope is provided. 4. Results: In a team of 4, the best overall 3 scores count! To be published in full on the Sandroyd website by Friday 25 th May 2018 Queries: Lodged by managers only and within 30 minutes after posting of results and within 10 minutes of final results being posted. PLEASE NOTE: COMPLAINTS TO BE MADE BY TEAM MANAGERS ONLY WITH A 10 CASH DEPOSIT. 5. Timings: To be found on the Sandroyd website From Thursday 17 th May Guns: All guns are to be kept in a locked car boot other than at the shooting centre at time of shoot. 7. Dogs: Please DO NOT bring dogs onto the Estate. 8. Ponies: Sandroyd regrets that it is unable to supply ponies for this event, but limited stabling (some stalls) is available at 20 a night. Any pony may compete twice with different competitors. 9. Legal liability: Neither the Organisers nor any person acting on their behalf accept any liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to horses, competitors, spectators or any person or property whatsoever. 10. Health & Safety: The Organisers have taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable care to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the Organisers, all officials and stewards. 11. Updated safety: All riding hats to be tagged with an aquamarine 2018 tag to comply with the new 2018 hat rules. Body protectors must be Beta 2009 level 3 (purple) tag. Eye protection must be worn when shooting. 12. Insurance All non Pony Club competitors are not covered by The Pony Club insurance and must have their own third party cover. The Centre Branch of The Pony Club and the organisers of this event are not legally responsible Adventure Playground: OUT OF BOUNDS to all competitors and spectators unless supervised by an adult. The school accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any injury or damage caused by inappropriate use of the equipment.

We would be grateful, for Team Managers to possibly provide a representative from their school/pony club to man one fence during the cross country riding phase during the day. It is not possible to stage this event without your help and so the opportunity is taken to THANK YOU in advance of your commitment.
