2 Boost your business at the HISWA Amsterdam in-water Boat Show 2015 Every year, the HISWA Amsterdam in-water Boat Show offers yachtbuilders, importers and nautical suppliers the ideal platform for contacting a specific target group. As an exhibitor you can count on welcoming some 25,000 watersport and boating fans from the Netherlands and abroad with a serious interest in your vessels and products; a target group that will result in actual business. Moreover, the boat show is a perfect platform for introducing your premiers to the (inter)national market. RETURN ON INVESTMENT The results from the exhibitor survey for the previous edition (see back cover) show that participating in the HISWA Amsterdam in-water Boat Show results in concrete (sales) results, which is why the vast majority of the exhibitors return each year. Even in these challenging economic times, we have succeeded in maintaining the exhibition programme in terms of exhibitor and vessel numbers. The opinions of the visitors also speaks volumes: no less than 90% say they are (very) satisfied with the event. 5 Exhibition costs 2015 MARINA PLATFORM* Exhibitors presenting yachts can rent a platform to optimize their presentation. You can indicate how the platform should be placed with regards to the main quay on the sketch form of Inter Boat Marinas (available in our web shop). No mooring costs apply to the platforms under the condition that the part of the main quay occupied by the platform does not exceed the width of the yachts. If it does exceed the width of the yachts, extra mooring costs of 36 per m 2 apply to the extra part. Please keep in mind that your preferred layout could entail additional mooring costs; for example if the platform requires additional floats or posts. These costs only become known with the final sketch. STARTER PAVILION - 4m 2 in a promo pavilion (quayside without marina view) NEW! - Included are a (shared) electrical connection, walls, carpet, exhibition fee, company name in the exhibitors list on the website and on the floor plan during the boat show. Rate: 1,195 STAND RENTAL QUAYSIDE Space can be rented on the quayside, either with or without a view of the marina. Rates are exluding the rent of a promo pavilion and terrace space. This non-refundable amount will be invoiced upon receipt of the application form and does not include charges for berths, platform fees, and additional costs for platforms, tent accommodation and the quayside. All fees will be used to promote the HISWA Amsterdam in-water Boat Show Associated companies of the exhibitor s main company contribute an additional fee of 495. Prices quoted exclude VAT. ELECTRICITY Exhibitors receive as standard one 230 V electrical connection (16 amp, 3 kw), which costs 262 (ex VAT). The only exception is the exhibitors tent, where the 230 V electrical connection (16 amp, 3 kw) and lighting (one spotlight per 3 m²) costs 385. PROMO PAVILIONS Exhibitors on the quayside and exhibitors with berths with a platform can rent a promo pavilion from the organisers. All the pavilions below can be placed on the platforms except for the 8 x 5 m and the 6 x 6 m promo pavilions. OVERVIEW In this step you will see a complete overview of all your company details and ordered products. Check all your information. If everything is correct click continue. 4. CONFIRMATION Here you need to agree to the Exhibition Costs, Conditions of Participation and Exhibition Regulations (which can be downloaded via tab 4) by ticking all the appropriate boxes. After doing so click continue. 5. PRINT CONFIRMATION This last step allows you to print your confirmation. Sign and send the confirmation to HMM Exhibitions BV via post, fax or .
