9 Report on Material Condition of Vessel PART 3 The appointed person carrying out the copliance exaination ust coplete this for all existing vessels and all new vessels which are not of new construction. Each in the report ust be classified as either: A. Condition satisfactory, no sign of significant deterioration at present B.
