Since founding the Company, I have focused our business development strategy on delivering the very high levels of Customer Service expected in the markets we serve. Our rate of growth is testament to our success in meeting this goal and our excellent team strives always to deliver continuous improvement for ALL our customers. Celebrate the season, but don t forget about safety and health at work Amidst the year-end celebrations, as more employees are on leave, those who are at work must take extra care and never compromise on safety and health measures while trying to get the job done. Stay alert always and do not take on excessive overtime. Supervisors and managers must also be mindful of worker fatigue and manage work schedules properly. Even when celebrating outside working hours, please do not take short cuts and never take safety and health for granted. Say no to risks and enjoy a safe, healthy and fantastic holiday season.

As an employee, you should: a) Learn to work safely and take all rules seriously and recognize hazards and avoid them. b) Report all accidents, injuries and illness to your supervisor immediate c) Inspect tools before use to avoid injury. d) Wear all assigned personal protective equipment. e) On the other hand, it is management's responsibility to: a. Provide a safe and healthy workplace. b. b. Provide personal protective equipment. c. Train employees in safe procedures and in how to identify hazards. Everyone must be aware of potential hazards on the job: f) Poor housekeeping results in slips, trips and falls. g) Electricity can cause shocks, burns or fire if not handled properly. h) Poor material handling may cause back problems or other injuries. i) Tools and equipment can cause injuries if guards or protective devices are disengaged. j) Always use the protections that are provided on the job: a. Guards on machines and tools keep body parts from contacting moving equipment. b. Insulation on electrical equipment prevents burns, shock and fire. c. Lockout/tagout assures equipment is de-energized before it is repaired. d. Personal protective equipment shields your body from hazards you may face on the job. k) In case of emergency: a. Understand alarms and evacuation routes. b. Know how to notify emergency response personnel. c. Implement a procedure for leaving the scene safely so emergency personnel can do their job. d. Wipe up spills promptly and correctly. Safety benefits everyone! By incorporating safety rules, employees avoid injury as well as illness from exposure to hazardous substances. With fewer injuries, a business can be more productive and profitable.

3 GLOBAL GASES NEWSLETTER PAGE 3 Our People Down Under Global Gases Australia Profile: GGA Peter Hay: Director Business Development Photo- 3 Peter Hay (LS); Tami (RS) Peter Hay is the Director of Business Development in Global Gases Australia. He has over 35 years of experience in the Gases industry and has held senior management roles with BOC and BJ Service Co. During his long career, Peter has been involved with the development of offshore container and cylinder specifications required to meet the market and technical demands in Australia. He brings a wealth of knowledge to Global Gases on the various engineering standards required to maintain the most stringent safety standards. Peter is a life member and a past president of the Petroleum Club of Western Australia. Photo 1 - Tami Tami Pachadzhanova, Business Administrator, Tami is the Business Administrator in Global Gases Australia with over 10 years of working experience in the IT and Banking industry. Tami is a one of key member in Global Gases Australia. She manages the operations from answering the call to receiving the guests and preparing the business meeting at Global Gases Australia. She is involved in managing purchasing, logistic, operations, accounting and finally HSEQ. She is one dynamic lady who manages the Asset register. She was responsible for the innovation of the recent changes to Global Gases Asset Register design for Global Gases Group. Gordon McClean, Regional Manager Photo 4 Gordon McClean Gordon McClean is the Regional Manager managing the operations in Global Gases Australia. He has 20 years of experience in Oil & Gases - Offshore Industry. Gordon worked in the areas of Welding Supervision, Quality Control and QA Management with one of Australia s largest steel fabricators. Photo 2 - Ron Oates Ron Oates, Production Manager Ron is the production manager with over 15 years of experience in the Gases industry. Ron is a one of key team operations member in Global Gases Australia. He manages the production and operations in Global Gases Australia. He manages effective and safe production of gases and gases mixtures and ensures production is carried out to meet customer order..

4 PAGE 4 GLOBAL GASES NEWSLETTER Our People in Malaysia Global Gases Malaysia Profile: GGM Nanda Kumar, Production Manager, Nanda is the Production Manager in Global Gases Malaysia. He is responsible for the Global Gases Malaysia Shah Alam facility in the manufacturing of the Quads for welding gases, diving gases, provision of gas cylinder testing service, supply and distribution of specialist gases for diving, industrial, hospital and military uses. Preema, HR & Admin Executive, GGM Preema is the HR & Admin Executive in Global Gases Malaysia. She is responsible for Human Resource, training and administration functions. Leena, Accounts Executive Leena is the Accounts Executive in Global Gases Malaysia. She manages the accounts department. Swapnil S. Vichare, Operations Manager, Asia Pacific Swapnil is the Group Operation Manager in Global Gases Malaysia. He is responsible for the Group Operations Management in Asia Pacific. He is involved in the settling up, implementing and managing the Global Gases Facilities and ensuring the operations are running smoothly without any glitches in Global Gases Group. Vinodhini, Purchase Executive Vinodhini is the Purchasing Executive in Global Gases Malaysia. She manages the purchasing department. She is responsible for the supplier / vendor management system in Global Gases Malaysia. Shahrul, HSE Officer Shahrul is the Safety Officer in Global Gases Malaysia. He is responsible for the Quality, Health and Safety management systems in Global Gases Malaysia Facility. He is responsible for the Global Gases Integrated Management System implementation and one of the key player who manage the internal and external ISO audit in Malaysia. Kamarul, Logistics Officer Kamarul is the Logistics officer in Global Gases Malaysia. He manages the logistics department. She is responsible for the logistics management system in Global Gases Malaysia.

5 GLOBAL GASES NEWSLETTER PAGE 5 Global Gases Group opens first helium facility in China By 29 Nov 2011 By Rob Cockerill Dubai-based multinational industrial gases company Global Gases Group (Global) has announced a further major investment in its helium supply operations. Global is already a major and expanding supplier of helium products in the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia and its new Nanjing facility has now opened to supply the rapidly expanding Chinese market. The company has installed a plant to fill liquid helium dewars to supply magnet production, as well as supporting local customer demands for liquid and gaseous helium products. Global Gases Group MD and CEO, Deepak Mehta, told gasworld magazine, We are very excited about the opportunities our new Chinese operations will give us and we are already planning how we can expand further, to offer customers a wider range of products based on our commitment to delivering the highest levels of service. Ronghua Lin, Global Gases General Manager, China, added, The opening of our new facility is a great day for the company. We have focused on China as having major growth potential for Global Gases and we expect this new plant to be the first of several in the next 2-3 years. Expanding portfolio Global presently has helium filling plants in Cape Town, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Perth, and Dubai and has been supplied with bulk liquid helium by Matheson since Since 2010, the company has installed two of its own helium transfill facilities to supply US Government demands in Afghanistan. Mehta concludes, In addition to our current operations, we are actively planning to expand our product supply portfolio to support our customers in Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Americas. I expect to make further announcements on new production facilities in the next few months. As with our previous developments, our organisation is committed to implementing and operating sustainable business practices. The company s Health, Safety, and Environment management system is on a par with global standards.
