Qualified Fire Watch in attendance at all times, complete with Extinguisher, Fire Blankets and water spray. Rescue and recovery in confined spaces will be carried by the client or local authority rescue services. Respirators will be issued in any work area contaminated by noxious gases or other airborne hazardous substance. Restricted Access/Barricade the Area. on-going basis, off the deck where ever possible. and approved safe to enter by qualified Chemist. adequate through draft from forced ventilation. Where flammables exist in the affected area, flash point must be determined as part of the Risk Analysis. Where grinding and welding spatter is apparent, ensure adequate separation of personnel is maintained. Where grinding and welding spatter is apparent, long
