Stay Per Night Jetty Ticket: USD3.5 per person / per trip Adult and child below 11 years old is USD1.8 per person SIPADAN EVERY DAY DIVING PACKAGE Addition of RM500 or USD170 per day per person on top diver package. This package will include Sipadan levy and also full set diving equipment, EXCLUDE Dive Computer. For Sipadan package upon confirmation, guest have to pay in Full to secure the tour package. This packages is based on First comes first serve basic. Payment is non-refundable but can transfer to other the person, but the condition is guest have to inform in advance 1 week time.

3 NOTE: Standard and Deluxe air-cond are charged extra RM30 or USD10 per person per night. There are 8 STD A/Cond and 2 Deluxe A/Cond. Child 1-3 year old charge 10%, 4-12 year old charge 50% to share room with the parents. Child 1-3 year old does not occupy separate bed. Child who is a certified diver is to pay FULL Diver Rate regardless of the age and parents are to be held to be responsible for their child at all times. The package rate is excluded 6% GST charge. The 6% GST charge is from the total package. 10% peak surcharge charge is from the total package applicable for peak season like Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Golden Week and month of August. The date is 23rd Dec - 3rd Jan, 10th - 15th Feb, 27th Apr - 5th May and whole month of August. GROUP INCENTIVE Minimum 10 paying guests will get 1 FOC. For every FOC applies, RM per person for Domestic market and USD 100 per person for international market shall applies for the logistic charges. The FOC only start at SWV Resort covering the accommodation, meal and beverages provided during meal times, diving and snorkeling. FOC benefit does not cover Sipadan Entry Fee to Sipadan Island, carbonated and alcoholic drinks and any other services outside of the SWV package. The FOC charge is excluding 6% GST fee. 6% GST is from the total package charge. BOAT TRANSFERS On Arrival Boat departs from Semporna Jetty to SWV Resort 0930hrs 1200hrs 1600hrs Departure time Check out time 6.30am 5.45am-6.00am 10.00am 9.00am 1.00pm 12.00pm Additional surcharge will be applied for the late check-out. Out from our standard boat departure schedule, surcharge will be applied. During check-out, please prepared your luggage and put outside the room, bell boy will transfer your luggage to the lobby. SIPADAN ISLAND PERMIT Entering Sipadan Island, require permit and may not be approved on certain days if the quota exceed. Approval is issued by Sabah Park early one day before entering therefore would not be able to tell in advance. Guest can dive in Sipadan will be charged RM per person per day than can be paid at the resort. Sipadan at this present moment only allowed 120 persons per day. SWV hold no responsibility for not being able to dive every day in Sipadan due to conservation done by our Government. We can only try our best to arrange every of our guests to dive at Sipadan.

4 STANDARD PACKAGE The package starts from Tawau inclusive of the following services: Airport meeting services in Tawau ** Pick up at airport from 0600am 1400pm (Transfer to SWV Resort only) ** Pick up at Hotel (Tawau only) from 0600am am Return land transfer from Tawau to Semporna (around 75 minutes) Return speedboat transfer from Semporna to Mabul Island (around 45 minutes) share water cottage accommodation with sundeck at balcony Buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner (Depends on arrival and departure day) NOTE: It would not be possible for us to do transfer directly to the resort on the same day if the arrival is late as it would be dark for the boat transfer and is not advisable for safety reason. Please advice to take flight before or 1400hrs arrives at Tawau Airport for direct to SWV Resort, Mabul. Night transfer charges will be applied after 1800hrs for the transfer from Tawau Airport to any respective hotel (either in Tawau or Semporna Hotel). Catching the earliest flight from the resort would also not possible as it would be still dark. SWV will not obligate or compensate for waiting too long in the airport or flight delay. However, our side will be assist the guests shall they need any assistance from us. DIVING PACKAGE INCLUDED Daily 3 boat dives (Except on arrival and NO DIVES on departure day) covering Mabul Island, Kapalai or Sipadan Island. Unlimited Mabul House Reef shore diving from 0600 AM to 1800 PM with buddy Include weight, weight belt and tanks. Unused portion of the dives is not refundable and not transferable. Please to be advice that our scuba tank is K-valve 12L aluminum tanks. EXCLUDED Scuba diving equipment is NOT included in the package. However guest may rent it at our dive center. Please refer to below rental rates, courses and optional activities rate. NITROX is available at RM35.00 per tank at our Dive center. NON DIVING PACKAGE/SNORKELING INCLUDED Daily 1 boat snorkeling with equipment (Kapalai or Sipadan or other part of Mabul Island depend on dive center and snorkeling center arrangement) Unlimited house reef snorkeling EXCLUDE equipment 0800AM to 1800PM with buddy. 6 BOOKING CONFIRMATION A deposit, 20% of total payment would be required upon blocking the space or if the date is within one month, full payment would be required. GUEST DETAILS We require full name, gender, New IC number for Malaysian and Non-Malaysian passport number, date of birth, gender, nationality, contact number and flight details to make necessary arrangement. Please advice if travel other part of Sabah by land to Tawau / Semporna and the estimate time arrival. BOOKING CANCELLATION: IF THE CHANGE OR CANCELLATONS IS DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS (INCLUDING WITHOUT IMITATION POLITICAL UNREST, WAR OR THREAT OF WAR RIOTS, CIVIL STRIFE, CLOSURE OF AIRPOTS OR PORTS, INDUSTRIES DISPUTERS, TERRORIST ACTIVITY, NATURAL AND NUCLEAS DISASTERS, FIRE, EPIDEMIC OR HEALTH RISK, ACTS OF GOD, FLOOD, ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS OR OTHER SIMILAR EVENTS BEYOND SIPADAN WATER VILLAGE RESORT SDN. In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation charges shall apply: A NON-REFUNDABLE 20% DEPOSIT FROM TOTAL PACKAGE PAID PERIOD OF NOTICE CANCELLATION FEE Confirmation date to 30 days before arrival 30% of the trip's full price forfeited 29 to 01 days before arrival 50% of the trip's full price forfeited NO SHOW of guest 100% of the trip's full price forfeited HEALTH CONDITION Guest is requiring going for medical check and making sure in good condition before come to resort for holiday. If guest have health problem before coming to resort can get letter from doctor and send to the resort. We can keep the booking postponed maximum for 1 year. If there is any emergency happen at resort during the guest stay, resort will give full assistance to the guest. Any costing arriving from the emergency arrangement will be borne by the guest. TRAVEL INSURANCE It is strongly recommend all guests to purchase travel insurance before come to resort. Any emergency matter arises, the guest can claim from insurance company. SWV Resort will provide the entire expenses bill to guest for claiming purposes.
