Choose from nine I/Os: traditional analog to the new EtherCAT for optimum process control. 100/200 Series Mass Meters and Controllers The latest evolution of the original Porter Analog MFC. With thousands installed worldwide, they are the proven solution when cost effective high performance gas flow control is the goal. The 100 Series Mass Meters are available for applications where flow measurement only is required. Full scale flow rates from 5 SCCM up to 1000 SLPM with 0-5, 0-10 Vdc and 4-20 madc I/O options Series Mass Meters & Controllers Digital MFC performance in a robust package designed for severe duty applications. NEMA 4x, IP66, Class 1, Div 2 and Atex Zone 2 Certifications* are available along with a variety of I/O, power requirement and process connection options. Full scale flow rates from 100 SCCM up to 100 SLPM Series Mass Meters and Controllers Compact size and Class 1, Div 2 certification makes the 3200 Series the ideal choice for low flow applications in hazardous locations. Available as either a direct mount SP-76 device or with in-line compression fittings madc I/O and 24 Vdc power. 7 Control Porter Metering Valves are designed for extremely precise control in low flow gas and liquid applications. They are available as valve cartridges or in-line valve assemblies with straight or angle patterned bodies. All in-line valves assemblies have 1/8'' female NPT inlet and outlet ports. High Resolution Control Valves The HR series High Resolution Control Valves contain unique design features that make them the ultimate choice for precise low flow control. Non-rotating stainless steel valve pin with precision ground flat gives exact control Valve pin o-ring guarantees positive shut-off without stem damage Self-lubricating orifice liner assures long life Seven available needle tapers expand valve capacity Standard Cartridge Valves Porter's Standard Cartridge Valves (SCV) are economical, multi-purpose valve assemblies. Available in 3 needle tapers, they are ideal for a wide spectrum of low flow applications. 8 Electronic Proportional Control Valves Model EPC Electronic Proportional Control Valve is an electromagnetically-actuated, proportional control valve designed for use in closed loopflow or pressure control systems. When coupled with a flow sensor or pressure transducer and proportional electronic controller, Model EPC is capable of providing steady and precise control of gas flow rates or pressures. The Model EPC is a DC-driven, normally-closed valve which includes an elastomeric valve seat to provide bubble-tight shutoff. A broad range of flow coefficients (Cv's) is available for either flow or pressure control. The Model EPC is offered with either integral compression fittings for in-line mounting or as a manifold mount version.
