Display uit protectio up to IP/ Operatio The TC Fluid Cotrol Magetic gauge is desiged so that the liquid beig measured is eclosed withi a sealed chamber. A stailess steel, titaium or plastic float fitted with a permaet omi-directioal maget moves freely iside the chamber ad actuates the magetic wafers withi the idicator. As the float rises or falls with the liquid level each wafer rotates 10 O ad so presets a cotrastig colour. Those wafers above the float show white, whilst those level ad below show red the idicator the presets a clearly defied ad accurate level of the liquid i the chamber. The wafers resist accidetal disturbace (e.g. vibratio) due to their edge magetisatio ad mutual attractio. To complemet the rage, the Magetic Gauge ca be supplied with Alarm Switches or Trasmitter ad Cotroller to remotely display the liquid level.

6 LevelSure Gauges LevelSure Gauges Guided Wave Radar Measurig Priciples Time Domai Reflectometry (TDR) - Microwave pulses are trasmitted alog a guide rod suspeded from the top of the measurig chamber. As the pulses come i cotact with the media, they are reflected back alog the guide probe ad are detected at the electroics i the head-shell. The time elapsed is evaluated to determie the liquid level with a measuremet accuracy of +/- mm. Microwaves are geerally ot affected by process coditios. Exceptioal reliability is a key beefit ad these ew trasmitters will read to the highly accurate level of ± 0.mm. Easy to calibrate with push butto operatio or HART ad LCD display, they are ot affected by high temperatures, vacuum or foamig cotets. Geerally, all steam level gauges are sigle sectio oly, with ed coected D type cocks or valves to suit the pressure ratig required; so selectio is simply achieved by referrig to the relevat pages. The Reflex gauge, with solid metal body ad armoured reflex glass, provides maximum operator protectio ad a distict level idicatio for low pressure applicatios. Above 22bar, Trasparet level gauges are used, fitted with extra thick micas to protect the glass agaist the actio of steam ad water. These gauges ca be fitted with illumiators, a useful optio particularly i dark areas.
