3 Booking It is our pleasure to confirm bookings between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. For out-of-office-hours enquiries, please contact your Evason Butler, who can be of assistance. All excursions are priced on a minimum booking of two guests. Prices are presented in Vietnamese dong and are subject to five percent service charge and 10 percent government tax. Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel your excursion you must inform the Experience Team until 6:00 pm the day before you are due to depart. For the same day, pleases inform the team within Experience working hours, at least three hours prior to the scheduled departure time. If notification is given within this three-hour window, fifty percent of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee. If no cancellation notice is given, the full cost of the tour will be applied to your account. If your scheduled tour is subject to cancellation based on inclement weather conditions, no fees are charged and we will work with you to reschedule your adventure for a sunnier day.

4 Child Pricing Infants aged less than four years old can participate in any experience free of charge with parental or suitablyaged guardian supervision. Children between the age of five and 11 will receive a 50 percent discount on paid Experiences**. Infants and children are considered additional to the minimum number of required guests. In such cases the price for the minimum number of paying adults guests will be applicable. All our activities and excursions are delivered with respect to our surrounding environment. While taking part in any excursion we kindly ask all guests to respect the environment and the local customs of Vietnam. During any excursion that visits religious, cultural, or historical sites please adhere to local customs and respectfully cover your shoulders and knees. Do not collect or purchase shells, coral or other environmentally sensitive items, which you may not even be allowed to export to your home country. They are beautiful, but they

5 look better within the natural setting from which they come. By purchasing items like these you are promoting an unsustainable trade in objects that can take generations or longer to develop. Please take with you only photos and memories. Photographs of the local community are the ideal souvenir. Prior to taking photographs please ask your guide. 17 NHA TRANG THROUGH THE AGES According to some researchers, the name Nha Trang derives from a false Vietnamese spelling of a geographical name in the Cham language of the site Ya Trang (literally Reed River). The team runs a PADI authorized resort dive center in a partnership which has seen the fruition of the best collaboration of instructing talent available in Nha Trang. The Dive Shop team, carefully hand-picked, has combined their wide variety of experience to create a first class operation suited to the needs of every diver, from the absolute beginner to the most advanced and experienced, including children. The team is committed to providing only the highest quality of dive instruction. The multi-national hosts ensure everyone has the opportunity to enjoy this fascinating and addictive sport. Diving Conditions: Protected by the islands in the open sea, diving within the bay area is calm and relaxing, with visibility of between 50 to 100 feet (15 to 30 meters) from March through November. The Dive Shop is open year-round; however the best conditions are from mid-march until the end of November. The rainy season sets in for November and December and because of its unpredictability, diving is not always possible. Most dives are usually between 40 to 52 feet (12 to 16 meters); Hon Mun, Hon Rom, Hon Cau, Hon Tre and Hon Vung offer the opportunity to explore 20 different dive sites. Nha Trang Bay is one of the major coral centers of the world with 398 out of Asia s 800 species of hard and soft corals here to be found. 35 Just Kids Just Kids is our children s club and is open daily from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon and from 2:00 to 5:00 pm for children aged four to 12 years. Our philosophy here is that you don t need to be told what to do and when, so we typically don t produce activity lists for the day (those are boring)! Just come by and see what fun things are going on and join in. Here we have a great selection of exciting activities that will keep youngsters busy both within and outside the resort. They can explore the beach through collaborative games, treasure hunts, flying kites in the warm breeze or Frisbee.
