2 Welcome, We are excited to be welcoming you to Lanzarote very shortly. Here you will find all the details regarding your training week here in the sun. As you and your family will be staying with us in Occidental Lanzarote Mar. We look forward to playing lots of games, having incredible amounts of fun and at the same time learning new skills. Parents and other family members are welcome to join any sessions they wish but please remember that our coaches need to concentrate on the clients themselves at all times. If you have any questions or would like advise on what you can do to continue once returning home, feel free to arrange to speak with one of the coaches after training sessions. 7 The Programme We have spent lots of time devising our CP training week camp programmes to ensure every client specifically gets the attention and time to develop and learn new skills. All activities are variable and have various levels of difficulty but ultimately working at the same time. Each day, our coaches will inform you about what is required for the next day. Towels and water will be provided for each and every session. Should your child require any medication during training times please let one of our coaches know so that this can be administrerd when required. Each day we will have drylands sessions (meeting point by the Olympic Pool) and pool based sessions (conducted in the Olympic pool). Fully qualified Life Guards are on duty during all of our sessions and our lane is perfectly situated for all our activities and easy access to toilets and showering facilities. There is access to the pool area for wheelchairs through a sliding gate which the lifeguard will open for you. Please meet 5 minutes before the start time for each session. Remember to bring suncream, hats and rash vests (for the water) and goggles. Don't forget to pack some swim wear and goggles in hand luggage just in case! The last thing you would want is to come for a swimming camp and have no swimwear.

8 Meeting Points We will always meet at the Olympic Pool no matter what the session is. Collection time for after the session will be in the same location. You will have to sign in and sign out your child and let us know where you will be during the session. Whilst we love working with your children, we don't want to keep them over night! (we like to hand them back). FITLAB
