2 Special Notes: PLEASE SEE THE FACILITY MAP BELOW. The Facility WILL NOT OPEN UNTIL 7:00AM PLEASE SET UP OUTSIDE ON THE BASEBALL SIDE OF THE FACILITY. We ask that spectators come in and watch their swimmers and then return to the outside set up area. There will be Viewing Sections ONLY for each pool, 1 for Girls pool and 1 for Boys pool. They will be roped off by caution tape. These sections ARE NOT for permanent seating. There will be 1 area for each pool as first come first serve seating. We ask that you watch your swimmers events and exit the facility. This will ensure there is plenty of seating for everyone. COACHES & SWIMMERS (ONLY) THERE WILL BE SPACE AVAILABLE FOR SET UP ON THE DECK FOR COACHES AND SWIMMERS ONLY. The Boys locker room side will be limited for space due to two ready areas for the 25Y events. Coaches we ask that you plan to set up on the bleacher side of the deck. ALL 25 Yard Events Please inform your swimmers that ALL 25 Yard events will start from the bulkheads and swim to the block end of the pools. Swimmers for these events will be lined up on the opposite side of spectator seating, which would be the side of the Boys locker room. Please see facility map attached. Warm Up/ Warm Down Pool- As the meet host of this meet, we/platinum Aquatics reserve the right to close the warm up/warm down pool if swimmers cannot use the pool correctly. NO FOOD ON DECK. NO COOLERS BLANKETS or CHAIRS IN BLEACHERS. NO WET SWIMMERS IN BLEACHERS. NO SET UP OR STANDING IN AREAS DESIGNATED FOR HANDICAP. NO PARENTS ON DECK. No flash photography during the meet. Pictures MAY NOT be taken from the pool deck, behind the blocks and NO video recording behind blocks. NO STANDING ON THE RAILING IN FRONT OF THE SPECTATOR BLEACHERS. Awards will be distributed to each team AFTER THE MEET. Good Luck to all swimmers.
