ENTRIES Players cannot enter unless they already have a BWF ID-number. In case you wish to enter players, who do not have a BWF ID-number, please contact the BWF office well in advance of the tournament, so that the players concerned can get a BWF ID-number before the closing date of the tournament. It is required that every event in a particular BEC U17 Circuit tournament has at least 8 competitors (i.e. actual competitors, not merely entries). If the required number of competitors is not met, this particular event shall not count towards any ranking. In accordance with regulation 9.4 in BWF Statutes, Section : World Junior Ranking System, an event must contain at least one entry from a Member Association other than the hosting Association. If an event does not contain at least one entry from a Member Association other than the hosting Association, this particular event shall not count towards any ranking. BADMINTON EUROPE is not liable for any costs incurred by third persons (players, coaches, umpires, team managers etc.) because of an event not having enough competitors to count for the rankings. 3 ENTRY FEES MENAGER MEETING Singles: 25,00 per player Doubles: 20,00 per player in doubles All payments have to be transferred in to the following account till 7th May2018or at tournament office, but only in cash. (We don t accept credit cards etc.) The Member Association that enters a player/pair into a BEC U17 Circuit tournament is responsible for paying the entry fees for that player/pair. The entry fees become due if a player is entered and has not been withdrawn when the entry deadline passes. SHUTTLES Victor Service COURTS 5 Victor Courts COMPETITION CLOTHING AND ADVERTISING Polish U17 Open 2018 will be conducted under the BWF General Competition Regulations and in accordance with the regulations of the Badminton Europe U17 Circuit Polish U17 International Championships will be conducted according to the BWF Statutes, Section 5.2.3: Junior Tournament Regulations 12 to 16 and according to the BEC U17 Circuit Regulations on clothing WITHDRAWALS VISA DRUG TESTING MEDICAL SERVICE Please ensure that the organizer will be informed immediately when a player has to withdraw, including the reason. Important for all players who need visa for Poland. 4 INSURANCE LOCAL TRANSPORT AIRPORT To be arranged individually by participants. The transport hotel-hall-hotel is provided by the organizer. Transport from AIRPORT Katowice Pyrzowice to the Hotels/ Sport Hall and from the Hotels/ Sport Hall to the Airport will be provided by the Organizer. The Airport is located 75 km from Pszczyna.
