1 Nevnihal Durhan 09/07/2016 INTRODUCTION Times Square one of the most popular place in the world and first stop location for visitors. It is surrounded by huge size billboards and advertisements. As a class we took the train to Times Square and we walk through by 40th street 7th avenue to 47th street 7th avenue. By walking we got a chance to observe the people and the neighborhood carefully. l realized billboards acting as a backdrop and people were spectator. We have a sit in the corner of the 47th street and 7th avenue and we did some sketches. Mean while l watch the people who were sitting on red steps, and people were actually performing and the steps were stage for them. Looking around and taking pictures was making this performance happen. PRE -VISIT REFLECTION Actually I had been in Times Square many times, however l didn't observed the people as l did in our trip. l was amazed by billboards and surroundings like other people. With our trip l get a chance to observe surroundings and people. I personally don t prefer to stop by Times Square
