2 Dear staff of Slavia Praag U14, On Friday 20 May, Saturday 21 May and Sunday 22 May your U14 team will participate in the international Vogido U14 Tournament. Hereby you receive the information map. In this map you will find the most important information about our tournament. I look forward to welcome you and wish you a successful tournament. 3 General information Players list I would like to receive at least on Friday 6 May (two weeks before the tournament) a players list with numbers of your team. Please send it to roy_de_vos@hotmail.com Host family list I would like to receive at least on Friday 6 May (two weeks before the tournament) a selection of players in the host families (two players per host family) and the eating rules (allergies). Overnight The overnight from Thursday till Sunday consists 18 players and 4 staff members. The players will stay in good rewarded host families. For the staff we booked 2 hotel rooms (2 persons a room) at the luxe Hotel Bad Boekelo. Traveling between the accommodation and hotel will be arranged. Food & drinks The players and staff will have meals during the tournament. Information you can find on page 8. 4 General information Team manager Your team will be accompanied by a team manager. This manager is available during the tournament days. He is your main contact person. Upon arrival, we will introduce you to your team manager. Dressing room During the tournament your team will have an own dressing room, number 10 (see picture). Your team manager will keep the key. Pitches The matches will take place at pitch 1 and pitch 2 (both artificial ground). Before the matches you can warm up on Friday at pitch 2 and on Saturday at pitch 3 (see picture). Attendance Every game, the teams will prepare together with the arbitrage and enter the field together. It is important that both teams have collected with the arbitrage 5 minutes before the start of the match by the dressing rooms. Final ceremony We ask all players to wear the team colors during the ceremony. Directly after the final, the ceremony will start. Please follow the instructions of your team manager. Team picture During the tournament your team manager will discuss with you about the right time for the picture. Football shirt We will appreciate if you can give us a signed shirt by a first squad player of your club. We would like to use it in a lottery for the kids from the club Vogido. 9 Tournament rules 1. The matches will be played by the rules and regulations from the KNVB, Eastern District. 2. Players must be born on or after this date 3. The endurance of the matches will be 2x20 minutes without a half time break. After 20 minutes there will be a switch of playing half. Players can be substituted without a limit during the matches. The teams must be present 5 minutes before the start of the game, so the matches will start in time. 4. The games will be leaded by official referees from the Eastern District. 5. Protests will not be taken in consideration, the decisions of the referees are valid. 6. The player who receives a direct red card will be suspended for the following match. The player who receives 2 yellow cards in the same match or in separate matches, will automatically be suspended for the following match. After the suspension, an eventually other yellow card will be counted as a first yellow card etc. 7. After the group matches have been played, and two teams or more do have the same amount of points, than the result between the teams will count. After that goalbalance will be decisive. If this is equal as well, the goals scored will be decisive. If this is equal too, the teams involved have to take 5 penalties each by 5 different players: when the score is still equal after these penalties, the teams have to take after each other 1 penalty until a decision has been reached. The first 5 players in the first series of penalties can participate in this last series, after every player had turn. 8. If the finales end in an equal score, there will be a series of penalties according the procedure in article The participating teams will be asked to provide for a home and away outfit. If teams do have the same club colors, the first team mentioned in the scheme must ware an other outfit. 10. The organization of this tournament does not accept any responsibility nor liability due to missing goods or other (personal) damage. 11. In all cases in which the rules above do not persist, the organization of the tournament will decide.
