This year the tournament will be developed for the following categories: - UNDER 13 GIRLS SOFTBALL ( ) - CADETS UNDER 17 SOFTBALL ( ) - SENIOR SOFTBALL (over 15, any category) - AMATEUR Fast Pitcher We enclose the first draft of the tournament rules and the timetable will be drawn up as soon as possible. 3 9th INTERNATIONAL SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT IN MEMORY OF OLIVIERO STANGHERLIN to 28 August 2016 Category GIRLS (UNDER 13) CADETS category (UNDER 17) category SENIORS (OVER 15) AMATEURS category (FAST PITCHER) For participation there is a fee equal to for each team to be paid to the organizing committee upon arrival. The teams on their arrival must submit the list of athletes / athletes participating in the tournament with a valid identification document (also applies a self-certification signed by the company and by a parent) a copy of the medical certificate for validity, and any CLEARANCE for athletes loan from other companies, may also parteciparti athletes stranire, provided they comply with the documentation required. 4 FORMULA OF TOURNAMENTS The formula includes: a tournament for 4/5 TEAMS CATEGORIES: GIRLS SOFTBALL (UNDER 13) The formula provides for the category GIRLS a qualification round, round Italian style, round trip, plus FINAL totaling 6 team events plus any finals. a tournament in 4 TEAMS for CATEGORY: CADETS SOFTBALL (UNDER 17) The formula provides for the category CADETS a qualification round with round robin round trip, plus FINAL totaling 6 team events plus any finals. a tournament in 6/7 TEAMS for CATEGORY: SENIOR SOFTBALL (OVER 15) The formula provides for the category SENIORS a qualification round with round robin oneway, plus SEMIFINAL and FINAL totaling 6/8 team events a tournament to 6 TEAMS for CATEGORY: AMATEUR SOFTBALL (fast Pitcher) The formula provides for the category AMATEURS a qualification round with two roundrobin one-way, plus SEMIFINAL and FINAL totaling 3/4 team events All matches must be completed the same number of shots on offense and defense for both teams. The home team (Home Team) in the qualifying phase, is indicated in the timetable of the competitions. At the end of the qualifying it will be a classification for each group. The rankings of qualifying days will be determined by assigning: 2 (two) points to the winning teams resulted in the qualifiers, 1 (A) point each in case of encounters ended in draws, 0 (zero) points to the teams resulted losers in the qualifying matches. RESPONSIBILITY' The organizer disclaims any responsibility for any incidents that occur before, during and after the Tournament inside or outside the sports facility.
