Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. To Participate: There are two (2) ways: 1. Browns Season Ticket Holders may enter for a chance to win any one of the prizes by renewing their Cleveland Browns Season Tickets for 2010 by calling the Browns Ticket Office at or by following the directions provided to register through their Season Ticket Holder Locker Room on ClevelandBrowns.com from 12:01 AM Eastern Time ( ET ) (or open by hours for Browns Ticket Office) on February 16, 2010 through by 11:59 PM ET (or closing hours for the Browns Ticket Office) on June 1, Internet entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the address submitted at the time of the entry and entrant must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning the address or the domain associated with the submitted address. The Season Ticket Holder must make payment in full or the first payment due by the date of the relevant payment plan and be posted no later than 11:59 PM ET on June 1, 2010 to be entered; OR 2. To enter a drawing without renewing Cleveland Browns Season Tickets, entrants may mail from 12:01 AM Eastern Time ( ET ) on February 16, 2010 through by 11:59 PM ET on June 1, 2010, a 3x5 card with their name, complete address, phone number (area code included), (optional), and date of birth for receipt by June 1, 2010 to: Cleveland Browns Ticket Office, Renewal & Reward Sweepstakes, 100 Alfred Lerner Way, Cleveland, OH Limit 1 entry per person, per address, and per household per drawing (regardless of method of entry). Entries received from any person, address or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Winner Selection: On July 15, 2010 sponsor will select the winners for prizes in order of the prizes listed below in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. 2 Trip For Two to Super Bowl XLV (1): A four (4) day/three (3) night trip to Dallas, TX for winner and one (1) guest to attend Super Bowl XLV (exact dates to be determined by Sponsor). Trip includes round trip coach air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's residence in the U.S. to Dallas, one (1) standard double occupancy hotel accommodation (one (1) room) for three (3) nights, and two (2) Super Bowl XLV game tickets. Approximate Retail Value ( ARV ): $5,000. Winners are responsible for transportation to/from game. Actual value may vary based upon location of winner's residence. If winner resides in Texas, ground transportation or other transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation, at Sponsor s sole discretion, and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Trip must be taken on date(s) designated by the Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, time permitting, awarded to an alternate winner. Travel and accommodation restrictions and other restrictions may apply. Winner and his/her guest must travel together on same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents prior to travel. All travel arrangements must be made through travel agent of Sponsor s selection on a carrier of Sponsor s choice. Sponsor is not responsible for travel delays or cancellations. Winner bears sole responsibility for all costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, luggage fees, food, beverages, gratuities, souvenirs, ground transportation and miscellaneous travel expenses. All prize details are at Sponsor s sole discretion. In the event the Super Bowl is postponed, trip will be rescheduled. In the event the Super Bowl is postponed and not rescheduled, no compensation or substitution for such portion of the prize will be provided; however, the remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions specified thereon. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. Winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of the prize and removal from event. Reimbursement for 2010 season tickets (3): Three (3) Season Ticket Holders will have the overall cost of their 2010 season ticket invoice up to (and no more than) $11,200 refunded by the Sponsor. ARV: $2,900. Up to four (4) season tickets can be refunded per Season Ticket Holder account. This prize does not include playoff tickets. This reimbursement does not include Permanent Seat Licenses (PSLs) or renewal rights. Violations of these policies can result in the loss of ticket privileges. Similar hospitality for non- Season Ticket Holders shall be provided. Tailgate Party for ten for a 2010 home game (1): Ten (10) tickets to one (1) 2010 Cleveland Browns home regular season game and ten (10) passes for admission to a Browns Tailgate Party held on the same day, where food and beverage will be provided before kickoff (food and beverage package to be determined by Sponsor. ARV: $2,500. Winner is responsible for transportation to/from game and accommodations. Winner and guests must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of the prize and removal from event Use of a luxury suite for a 2010 home game (1): Use of a luxury suite at one (1) 2010 Cleveland Browns home game at Cleveland Browns Stadium. Winner will receive ten (10) suite tickets, a food and beverage package and two (2) parking passes. ARV: $1,200. Game to be determined by Sponsor. Suite and parking location to be determined by Sponsor. Food and beverage package to be determined by Sponsor, does not include alcohol. Winner is responsible for transportation to/from game and accommodations. Tickets and parking pass are subject to terms and conditions specified thereon. Winner and guests must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion of the prize and removal from event. Pregame Buffet for two for 2010 home games (1): Two (2) vouchers valid for a pregame buffet at each of the 2010 Cleveland Browns home preseason and regular and season games. ARV: $600. Buffet location to be determined by the Sponsor. Winner is responsible for transportation to/from game and accommodations. Similar hospitality for non-season Ticket Holders shall be provided. Weekend Stay for two at a Downtown Cleveland Hotel (1): Hotel accommodations for two (2) at a Downtown Cleveland hotel to be determined by Sponsor. Accommodations shall include one (1) standard double occupancy hotel accommodation for two (2) nights, date to be determined by the Sponsor with best efforts to accommodate the winner. ARV: $300. Accommodation restrictions and other restrictions may apply. All accommodation arrangements shall be made through Sponsor. Browns Bucks can be used for purchases in Cleveland Browns Stadium during the 2010 season at any concession or novelty stand or in the Browns Team Shop. They can also be used in conjunction with online orders for Browns team merchandise at Browns Bucks cannot be used towards ticket

4 purchase. Certain restrictions and terms and conditions specified thereon apply. Browns Bucks have no cash value and may not be transferred or substituted.
