We are unique in that we farrow 110 purebred sows continuously and are able to offer purebred boars, gilts and showpigs year-round. This year we have retained a few elite crossbred gilts to enhance our show pig offering. The boars in this catalog are used in our herd not just for semen sales. This gives us the opportunity to evaluate boar performance and allows us the ability to advise how best to utilize these boars. THIS YEAR MARKS OUR 49TH YEAR in the purebred hog business. Purebred hogs are our passion and for more than 34 years, has been our full-time occupation. Game Changer was our selection of the crossbred boars at the 2010 Summer Type Conference. He has been very popular and has generated excellent show pigs. We have bred him primarily to Yorkshire sows and the results have been phenomenal.
