D. Climate of Hong Kong p.13 Hong Kong's climate( 香港氣候 ) is sub-tropical ( 亞熱帶 ), tending towards temperate ( 溫帶 ) for nearly half the year. During November and December there are pleasant breezes ( 微風 ), plenty of sunshine and comfortable temperatures ( 溫度 ). January and February are cloudier ( 多雲 ), with occasional cold fronts ( 冷鋒 ) followed by dry northerly winds ( 乾燥的北風 ). The lowest temperature recorded at the Observatory is 0 0 C.
