TACKLE HUNGER TOGETHER As the best players in the world battle it out to be crowned Rugby World Cup 2015 champions you too can make a difference. One TRY from your class or school could help the World Food Programme to help hungry children or families in need of emergency relief. Globally, one in nine people do not have access to enough food and in many places the only meal a child has is at school. Our Tackle Hunger Together appeal supports the World Food Programme the official humanitarian partner of World Rugby. Together we aim to convert the nation s TRYS into fundraising efforts to ensure that children get the food they need to reach their physical and intellectual potential. Every 5 raised can be converted into 5 weeks of school meals for a child who might otherwise go hungry. 100% of what you raise will go to the World Food Programme Fund to help hungry children or families in need of emergency relief and the UK Government will match each donation pound for pound, up to 5 million. Show your colours this Rugby World Cup. For ways to join in read on.
