on hange vs. on x x x x In this transition drill the offense will continuously run their offense until the coach blows whistle or yells "change." When "change" is yelled the ball is set down on the floor and all 0 players transition to the other end of the floor. Emphasis on Ball and Hole, communication and stopping the ball early. Drill begins with players inside the lane ready to box out for defensive rebound. opposing players will start outside the point line ready to crash for the offensive rebound. Opposing team will also have players waiting on the other end on defense. The will shoot the ball to start the drill.

vs. on vs. on Defense must get the defensive rebound, and then transition with proper spacing to other end of the floor. Transition team runs the floor with good spacing trying to attack and score with efficient passing, while defensive team tries to recover.

Player sprints to the other end and grabs the ball out of the net.

Ohio vs. Rebound and Transition Ohio vs. Rebound and Transition x x x x x x x x The defensive number called by the coach must closeout on the ball and box out the shooter. The other defensive players must scramble to find a body to box out to secure the defensive rebound. Perimeter players are told to crash the boards hard. Once the defensive rebound is secured, the rebounding team runs their transition break to try to attack and score, while the opposition transitions into defense.
