Go to www.eftours.com/studenttravel.aspx Enter tour number 457669 in the "Get Started Today" Box. The deadline for signing up with the $150.00 discount has been extended to March 31, 2010. After that point the discount will not be available. We currently have 40 people signed up. After traveler #49 has signed up, the website will be closed. You may then sign up with Dr. Davis and be placed on a waiting list until an additional 30 people have enrolled. If 30 additional people do not enroll, people on the waiting list will be refunded. If you wish to sign up for the trip but do not wish to have the traveler s insurance that is included in the price, you may call the company to have it removed. It includes the following: o Tour Cancellation and Interruption Insurance o Medical and Accident Insurance o Baggage and Property Insurance o Flight Delay Insurance o 24-hour Emergency Assistance The complete cancellation policy is on the chorus website. There will be a $50 increase due to Spring Break being in April rather than March of 2011 Fundraising Facts There will soon be a form on the website to request your funds be transferred to EF Tours March Limited quantities of candy are still available for students to sell to benefit the Italy trip. See Dr. Davis or Mrs. Matherly. Remember that one check for the candy should be remitted, not cash. April There will be a new fundraiser announced in April. Students will have the opportunity to sell very attractive reusable shopping bags. They are red with the Decatur emblem, and they are very inexpensive. Only 500 will be ordered so you will need to reserve the number you need promptly. Announcements will soon be made for order deadlines. Watch the website and newsletter for more information.
