PONY CLUB HORSE TRIALS Saturday 3rd & Sunda y 4th May PCASA affiliated competition, all PCASA rules apply. All competitors in the Horse Trials must be FULLY FINANCIAL members of a pony club or the PCASA. Competitors in Pony Club classes must also be qualified. Performance cards MUST be presented in order to ride, letters can not be accepted. Medical information must be worn in an armband or front AND back of a body number holder for cross country. Body numbers must be used for all phases of Horse Trials competition. Horses competing in the Horse Trials may only be ridden by one rider during the duration of the weekend. Any competitor supplying a jump judge will receive a $5 refund which can be collected with their performance card at the end of the weekend.

STABLING 21 sheltered and 9 open stall s are available for hire at a cost of $10 per horse for the weekend. Pl ease leave stalls clean and tidy. The bullring will not be available for stabling, and is to be used for lunging only. HORSE FEED Ranges Fodder, Saddlery & Country Clothing can deliver feed and hay to the Pony Club gr ounds. Ranges is open until 5.30pm Friday, and from 9am-12.30pm Saturday if you would prefer to pick feed up or browse the clothing and saddlery sections. Please contact Ranges at ( 08) 8642 2038. GENERAL RULES No riding in the stable area. No lunging in the fenced warm up arena. Reckless riding cross country will not be tolerated. No dogs allowed on the gr ounds. We are SMOKE FREE, please smoke outside of the fenced Pony Club grounds. Approved helmets and boots must be wor n at all times while mounted. Hel met Dates will be checked. ENTRIES CLOSE FRIDAY 28th April No entries will be accepted without full payment. Late entries will be accepted subj ect to availability within the nominated class, and a late fee of $10 will apply. Vet or doctors certificate must be presented to receive a refund after 28th April 2014, less a $10.00 withdrawal fee. DRAW & DRESSAGE TESTS Draws will be sent out by email & posted on Aushor se website. If you prefer to receive your draw by post, please provide a stamped, self addressed business size envelope with your entry. Dressage tests can al so be emailed or posted (provide SAE). CATERING The canteen will be open during the day on Satur day and Sunday. Egg and bacon sandwi ches will be available Sunday morning.
