BREAKERS COACH BIOS Girls 12.1 - Ketiah Fischer Nickname: Lozza or Kesh Started playing representative at age 6 with Sandringham. I have played at high level CBA, ABA (Seabl) for Nunawading, Dandenong, Frankston and Cairns. I even played a few games for Dandenong WNBL many years ago. I ve also umpired and coached for many years. My goals are to make sure girls still have fun and enjoy working hard. To get the best out of all my players Favourite NBA player: Larry Bird Favourite NBL player: James Crawford Girls 12.2 - Peter Chaplin Nickname: Pete Over the last twenty plus years I have coached all ages at domestic, representative, CBL, MMBL and Big V level. I keep up to date by attending coaching seminars and clinics. Many of the kids I have coached went on to play at Big V level. All 3 my children played representative basketball and Big V 2019 Goals: To develop strong skills that will enable players to play at the highest level possible in the future. To build strong team ethics and self-confidence Favourite NBA team: Golden State Warriors Favourite Player: Ryan Broekhoff

Girls 12.3 - Brilee Letunica Nickname: Bri I have been playing basketball since I was four years old. I play representative and domestic ladies for Mornington and A-grade at Frankston. I played youth league last season and am hoping to this season as well. Goals for 2019: Build on the girls skills and set a foundation for playing basketball for years to come. Have Fun! Respect players, coaches and officials. 100% at everything and always have a positive attitude. Girls 14.1 Morgan Darrer I have been involved in various sports all my life and over the past 20 years of basketball involvement have been a referee, domestic coach and Breakers coach. With three daughters playing in the Mornington Basketball competition, I am very keen to be involved in the growth of the Breakers program, particularly the Girls program. My core focus is developing fundamental basketball skills to allow the girls to meet their full potential, challenging them to challenge themselves to push their boundaries. Girls 14.2 - Peter Howell Basketball has been in my life in some way since high school. My representative basketball was played in New Zealand in the 1970s. My coaching experience started in Christchurch with a tertiary institution s men s team, followed by my children s domestic teams in Frankston, and then an U18 boys team at the Dandenong Rangers Club about 15 years ago.

During 2018 I coached the Breakers U12 girls and greatly enjoyed the experience. Having supported 2 sons who played for the Dandenong Rangers, I am aware of the sacrifices both parents and players make to be involved in rep basketball. Goals for 2019: I look forward to getting to know and helping to develop this next season s team. Players need to enjoy their sport and I believe awareness of self-improvement is a vital part of this enjoyment along with team comradery. Girls 16.1 Shane Waugh Nickname: Waughie I ve been coaching my daughters domestic teams, now, for the last 8 years but before that, was coaching representative at Ringwood.
