Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission to the showground. 3. The organisers accept no responsibility for accidents, theft or loss whatsoever arising out of the show. 4. No entry will be accepted without the correct entry fee. No stables will be booked without correct payment or credit card details. 5. Refund of entry fee. Cancellation must be made in accordance with British Show Jumping Rule 79.4 6. The organisers reserve the right to restrict the number of entries to 60 in each class. Each Horse or Pony can only compete once in each class 8. Depending on the progress of the show, the organisers reserve the right to switch classes between rings. 9. Stallions will be permitted in accordance with BS Rule 82.2a 10. No member shall allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner, lessee, authorised agent or rider to compete or be prepared to compete, in any show jumping competition without taking adequate precautions to ensure other members of the public are not put at risk of injury. 11. All dogs must be kept on leads at all times. 12. Hats of the correct standard (PAS 015, ASTMF1163) or above must be worn at all times when mounted on the showground. 13. Medical Cover is in accordance with BS Rule 73.8e. 14. Objections must be made in writing within 30 minutes of the end of the class, by the owner, his authorised agent or the rider, and logged with the secretary.
15. Schooling is not permitted in any of the rings. 16. Prize Money will be paid out by the secretary. 17. We kindly ask that generators are turned off at 11.30pm. 18. Rules 76.6.1 and 76.14 apply in all classes, British Showjumping rules apply and the Judge s decision is always final.
