As the second oldest rugby club in Ottawa, the Ottawa Indians RFC have a decorated history of passion and community rugby in Eastern Ontario with players and members hailing from across Canada and around the world. Ottawa Indians RFC Programs Senior Men and Senior Women Programs (19+) Junior Boys and Junior Girls Programs (13-18) Youth Boys and Youth Girls Programs (4-12) Old Boys and Old Girls Programs (35+) Our club is an amateur rugby club with programs available for men, women, juniors and youth of all skill levels and ages. This past year, our club had over 250 rugby players form the Kanata, Stittsville and West Nepean Regions, which makes us one of the biggest rugby clubs in the Ottawa Area and the Province of Ontario. We operate as a Not-For-Profit organization and depend on the tireless dedication of our volunteers to drive our continued success. With the support of your business, it will directly benefit the young men and women of our community and will provide the fields, equipment and opportunities that are crucial to their athletic development and enjoyment. Competitions The Ottawa Indians RFC is a strong competitor within the Eastern Ontario Rugby Union (EORU) league as well as within the Rugby Quebec Provincial League (FRQ). We also compete in several tournaments within the surrounding areas as well as travel within Canada and USA to compete. Social & Fundraising The Ottawa Indians RFC tries to maintain a social calendar for each rugby season, which maintains the social connections within our rugby club and community, as well as it nurtures the sponsorship relationship between our club and our supporters. The Ottawa Indians hosts two trivia nights, a Canada Day event, one Club day and our Annual Christmas party each season. Players The Ottawa Indians RFC continues to provide a strong training program for our players. The Ottawa Indians RFC have National, Provincial and Regional Representation from our programs, which provides more exposure to your business. The Ottawa Indians RFC was founded in 1962 after a split from the Ottawa Beavers. This split was coordinated to increase the number of clubs playing in the Ottawa area. As such the Beavers and ourselves are the two oldest rugby clubs in Ottawa and still maintain a good report with each other, on and off the pitch. Currently the Ottawa Indians RFC runs two Senior Men s teams, one Senior Women s Team, Junior Boys and Girls Teams (U14 to U18) and youth programs from ages 4 to 12. All rugby enthusiasts new and veteran are welcome to the club whether they are players, coaches, referees or just enjoy the game of rugby. The Ottawa Indians RFC is centrally located within the west-end of Ottawa and practices rugby within Kanata, Ontario. During the summer months, you will be able to locate our programs on the following city fields: Senior Men & U18 Junior Boys: Whalen Park (4111 Kanata Avenue) on Tuesday and Thursday evenings U14 & U16 Junior Boys: All-Saints High School (5115 Kanata Avenue) Tuesday and Thursday evenings Senior Women & U14 to U18 Junior Girls: Holy Trinity High School (180 Katimavick Road) on Tuesday and Thursday evenings Youth Programs (U6 to U12): Holy Trinity High School (180 Katimavick Road) on Wednesday evenings The Ottawa Indians RFC Home Rugby Pitch is located at Twin Elm Rugby Park (TERP) within Nepean, Ontario (4075 Twin Elm Road, Nepean, ON)

This package enables local companies to sponsor upcoming high performance junior players, within both boys and girls programs. This sponsorship package will go towards providing financial assistance towards junior players to grow within the sport of rugby and to represent the local area within higher levels of play. You will be able to sponsors individual players and/or the overall junior programs sponsorship. In return for your investment, your business will receive opportunities to promote and network your business, while sponsoring the future high level players that feeds into the provincial and national programs. Your Investment Includes: Certificate of Appreciation from the Ottawa Indians RFC Summary letter on Junior Program High Performance Players for the calendar year on sponsorship Advertising on the Club website, Facebook and other printed materials
The Ottawa Indians Rugby Football Club (the Club) enters into a sponsorship agreement with (the Sponsor) for the next three years under the following and agreed to, conditions: 1. The Sponsor agrees to pay to the Club an amount of their choice in accordance with the following approved sponsorship brackets: Platinum Sponsorship Level: $5,000 + Gold Sponsorship Level: $2,000 - $4,999 Silver Sponsorship Level: $500 - $1,999 Bronze Sponsorship Level: $250 - $499 or Exchange of Services (Note: fees do not apply to exchange of service option) Sponsorship of High Performance Junior Players 2. The amount chosen shall be paid in two options: One-Time payment; or Annually for a three year term on an agreed upon date and method as follows: One-Time Payment: $.00 (Cheque made out to The Ottawa Indians RFC ) Annual Amount: $.00 (Cheque made out to The Ottawa Indians RFC ) Payment (s) to made on (MM/DD) in (Y1), (Y2), (Y3). 3. In recognition of this contribution, the Club shall perform the following based on the level of sponsorship chosen for the duration of the three year contract.
