Delegate Pack Bags The Conference Delegate Packs are distributed to all delegates on arrival at the Conference and are used by the delegates throughout the event. Conference Lanyards All delegates, exhibitors and visitors will wear a lanyard at all times throughout the conference ensuring continuous visibility. Wellbeing Package 1-VR Meditation 3,000 +VAT This unique sponsorship package provides something different for the delegates with a 3 minute meditation/relaxation session using virtual reality headsets. A comfortable seating area next to your stand will be created and 5 headsets will be available. This is a great way for delegates to take a break from the conference and generate interest in your stand. Power Banks All delegates will be given a portable power bank charger when they register at the conference, so they are able to charge their phone without a plug socket and take them home after the event has concluded. Delegate Room Drop Gifts 2,500 +VAT A room drop of a gift of your choosing will be made to each of the delegates bedrooms. This opportunity will enable you to supply either a branded gift or a gift with a message that will reach each and every delegate. The sponsor will need to supply their chosen gift; however for a supplementary charge this can be sourced and arranged on the sponsor s behalf. Please note that the gift will need to be approved by and delivered to the conference organisers prior to the event. Wellbeing package 2 - Relaxation Stand 2,500 +VAT This unique sponsorship package provides something different for the delegates. A professional masseuse will be set up giving delegates the opportunity to have either a 5-10 minute chair massage or a 5-10 minute hand and arm massage. This could be on your stand or next to your stand and a is great way to generate interest. Reusable Takeaway Cups 2,500 +VAT Each delegate will receive a reusable takeaway cup at conference registration. This will be branded with your company logo, along with the AUDE logo. It may also be possible to have the cup produced in your brand colours (dependent on logo colours). Hot drinks will be available for delegates to refill the cups throughout the event if they wish and they can also be taken home by all attendees. A branded takeaway cup for every delegate. Delegate Passport 1,750 +VAT To help encourage delegates to visit as many exhibitors as possible, in 2019 we will be issuing all attendees with a Passport, to be stamped each time they visit an exhibitor. Each exhibitor will have a sheet of stickers with their logo on to stamp the passports, and those delegates with 35 or more stickers will be entered into a draw to win a 500 voucher. Exhibition Furniture This is a great opportunity for a furniture supplier to showcase their products to delegates, by creating a lounge area in the exhibition space. The sponsor would need to supply all of the furniture for the duration of the event. 1,500 +VAT One ticket for your representative to attend the exhibition and conference sessions on Monday 15 th and Tuesday 16 th April. Branded pop-up banner with your company logo/branding to be displayed by the furniture in the lounge area.
