Basketball s one of the most oular sorts currculums, and basketball teachng resources are lmt, teachers can not meet the needs of the students. Based on basketball teachng latform of nternet technology, the frst art of ths aer gves the latform desgn flow chart, the use of the dstance multvarate control theory, to establsh the mathematcal model of teachng latform tme and the roorton of content; the second art gves the CAI courseware algorthm and rogrammng based on the nternet and VRML technology, to carry out rogrammng and calculaton by usng VC++ rogrammng software, and to carry out numercal otmzaton desgn for the roorton of teachng latform tme and content that can obtan the resdual analyss chart, the fnal desgn of basketball network teachng latform after the otmzed, to realze the sharng of basketball teachng resources and teachng staff. INTRODUCTION The basketball sort s one of the students favorte sorts, whch s a large number of general courses, however the teachng resource s lmted by the teachers strength, basketball sorts teachng could not reach the exected effect, and even many students do not choose class. Wth the develoment of nternet and multmeda technology, network teachng has become oular. Basketball teachng has strong learnng nteractve, teachng acton mtaton memory and so on, and t s artcularly sutable for network teachng. In ths aer, based on the theory of multle varables algorthm, nternet basketball teachng latform s dvded, the frst art of the aer gves the flow chart of Internet basketball teachng latform, and then to gve the mathematcal model of teachng tme and the roorton of the content. For nformaton technology theory, t contans nformaton control technology, to carry out analyss from the ersectve of control theory, and then the control of nformaton technology system needs to carry out target control oeraton as well as all knds of nformaton transmsson and exchange []. The collected nformaton s dslayed as the rocess and form of a movement rocess. In the rocess of basketball sorts tranng, because basketball tranng contans a large amount of nformaton elements, such as the sorts team as well as team level and ablty, these elements form a secal basketball runnng tranng nformaton structure, the master nformaton can romote the basketball movement tranng that can be accurate analyss of basketball layers and the whole team 's tranng status nformaton or analyss of tactcal methods, therefore, the need for such nformaton montorng system carry out control and communcaton []. In basketball tranng, the varous nformaton systems carry on the research analyss to master control law, whch can mrove the qualty and level of basketball tranng, and can rovde a scentfc bass of basketball tranng gude. VRML technology s ntroduced nto the rocess of makng CAI courseware of basketball Internet teachng latform, VRML technology s a vrtual envronment that s one of the best modelng software, t can establsh a drectly lnk of clent and the database, whch can convenent edt and oen courseware. THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNET BASKETBALL TEACHING PLATFORM AND ITS MATHEMATICAL MODEL The develoment of Internet basketball teachng latform s manly the nteracton between teachers and students, teachers carry out teachng content through the teacher clent, and students want to search nformaton nut through the student clent, the outut can obtan teachng content, accordng to the teachng content, to carry out learnng actvtes [4]. On the bass of these ostve and negatve effects, basketball athletes show erformance n tranng rocess, coaches need to constantly carry out analyss and observaton on the nformaton, whle takng some test methods to carry out research, n order to get comrehensve nformaton of basketball layers[3]. The nformaton wll carry out feedback nformaton for the whole tranng of the rocess of basketball movement, and be gone through constantly collecton and analyss control outut, makng the deal matchng tranng rogrammer. 3. INTERNET BASKETBALL TEACHING PLATFORM OPTIMIZATION DESIGN Through the form of the clck rate of questonnare survey and statstcs webste, to carry out data statstcal analyss of the e- government servce accetance, and through the nvestgaton analyss, to obtan data as shown n Table 3. The frst art of the aer gets the mathematcal model of the roorton relatonsh of teachng latform varous elements, to relmnary gve the rato relatonsh between teachng tme and content, through the form of questonnare survey, to carry on questonnare for the teachng content of students, the fnal statstcal results are shown n Table 3. EXISTING PROBLEMS IN TEACHING PLATFORM After the analyss of the frst art and the second art, t can be seen that the basketball network teachng latform meets the needs of teachng, and can realze the teachng materals and teachers sharng, and however there are also many roblems n the latform [4]. () Seed ssue The network teachng latform s based on the Internet technology, the camus networks are often LAN, a luralty of screen shares a server that s very hgh requrements on seed, esecally vdeo transmsson, f not u to the number of frames transmtted er second, vdeo wll be very card. () Server bearng caacty Network teachng latform s a great test on server, sharng a server between teacher clent and student clent, the server ressure s relatvely large, whch requres data durng rocessng to otmze the use of the data, such as VRML courseware. (3) To evaluate the long-term teachng effect The develoment of teachng effectveness latform s only a short erod of questonnare survey for students, there are not to assess longterm teachng effect, f the basketball teachng latform lays a better teachng effect n the future, to carry out evaluaton of long-term effect on network teachng latform. 5. CONCLUSION Through the multvarate theoretcal model, the establshment of the mathematcal model of basketball network teachng latform tme and content roortonal control, the frst art of the text gves a sketch teachng latform rocess, based on Internet data rocessng technology, to carry out lnkng between the database and the clent, the use of VRML technology develos network latform teachng CAI courseware, to gve the secfc algorthm; the second art of the aer carres out rogrammng calculatons usng VC++ rogrammng software, the teachng latform tme and the roorton of content carry out numercal otmzaton desgn, and obtan the resdual analyss, fnally after the otmzed data and before otmzaton data are comared, to fnd that the art of vdeo teachng and after-school answer are ncreased n the teachng latform desgn, whch s consstent wth the actual basketball classroom.
