Overview ingle Post tock Lifters T2LE and T2LT T2LT T2LE T2LM PED Pressure Equipment Directive Hyson gas springs are designed to meet customer expectations for reliability, safety and service lifetime. The design, manufacture and testing of Hyson gas springs has been approved according to the European Pressure Equipment Directive (97/23/EC). The Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) replaces all previous European legislation governing the design, manufacture and testing of pressure vessels. Product Value Versatile and compact, Hyson s T2LE and T2LT ingle Post tock Lifters provide many guide rail mounting options for stock lifting. They can be used for single-point lifting of short rails, or multi-point lifting of long rails. Our ingle Post tock Lifters are designed to account for rail misalignment and prevent rails from sticking. Additionally, the T2LE and T2LT Lifters can be linked together to optimize force distribution. Product Features Easily adjustable force Eliminates the need for additional guide bushings and anti-rotational features T2LE and T2LT can be hosed together for uniform force Advanced afety Features Over-Pressure : designed to safely vent excessive gas pressure in the event of an over-pressure situation such as overcharged gas springs or the ingestion of large amounts of drawing or cooling fluids. Overload Overpressure Overstroke Over- : A patented system allows the venting of gas in a pre-determined manner with deformation or knock-out plug in the event of a mechanical overload of the gas spring body. Overload : In the case of blockage in the tool that causes excessive piston return speed, a specially-designed rod and integral safety stops retain the piston rod in the gas spring and allow gas to vent safely. 2

Product Values Ideal for lifting stock in multi-point guide rails, Hyson s T2RL RaiL Lifter has a compact design with the added benefit of return speed control, significantly reduces strip feed bounce and shock loading. The last 20 mm of return stroke is dampened to 0.2m/s, stabilizing the part during production and leading to longer lifter life in extreme applications. RL Rail Lifters can also be linked togother to optimize force distribution.
