Our Mission is to Honor God, Honor others, grow & develop as players, students, coaches, parents & fans, to be positive contributors to the community and do so with Honor, Integrity, Respect, and Excellence. The Vision The Baseball Nation/TCA staff is 100% dedicated to the proper development of your child. We are interested in investing more than just one season with each athlete and will teach them the progression of skills necessary to continue through each level. Athletes will be able to execute each skill with consistency and confidence. It is our goal to provide youth baseball players a fun, safe environment to play and grow in the game of baseball. We are dedicated to placing high school players in a college program that fits their skill level as well as academic level. Many of our players have moved on to collegiate and/or professional baseball. Programs Extra Workouts - These workouts are designed to provide additional reps for basic fundamentals as well as provide focused training for specialty positions, such as catchers, middle infielders, corner infielders, pitchers, etc. Lock-Ins - In order to create team and organizational bonding, lock-ins will be held at Triple Creek Academy, where a team or multiple teams can sleep over and hold additional workouts or just have some fun. Multi-Team Workouts - Teams will have the benefit of practicing and working out with other teams (same age group, one age group up/down) to improve game type situations with additional coaches on hand to develop players. This also provides built-in controlled games in order to expedite the development of players. Off Campus PE Skool of Baseball - Baseball Nation/TCA will host an OCPE program at TCA for grades 6-8. Students will endure high intensity work outs 3 days per week. Activities will include strength and condition, speed and agility, dynamic mobility and injury prevention exercises. Students will also have an hour minimum of baseball skill work 5 days a week. This program is tailored to surrounding school districts OCPE curriculum. Dress Code We, as the parents (or legal guardians) and the player understand and agree that the player will dress as follows; (a) jerseys must be tucked in at all times as soon as you get out of the car and head to the field; (b) hats must be worn straight, not backwards or to the sides; (c) pants must be worn either pulled up right under the knee or pulled down to the shoe but not below the shoe; (d) players are responsible for their own uniforms, NOT THE PARENTS, so if a player is missing a piece of his uniform, he will not play in that game. I understand that failure to comply with the dress code can cause the player not to start or play in the following game as well. Player Contract Page 4

Disciplinary action will be determined by Baseball Nation/TCA Management, Age Coordinators, and Coaches.
