Fishing Net Machines
Fishnets are essential to Catch Fish. The nets on use get worn-out/ torn. The fishermen have then to replace these nets. There is thus Continuous Recurring Demand. Hence wherever there are Coastline, Rivers, Bays, Creeks there will always be a good Demand for Fishnets.
There are three methods of fishing in general. Gill netting Trawl netting Seining The nets manufactured on our machines are suitable for use as gill nets, trawl nets, seine nets. Process The Nylon Fishnet Twine or Monofilament yarn is available either on Cheeses or on Flanged Bobbins. This yarn is loaded on to the Creel Stand of the Fishnet Machine. The same type of Yarn is also filled into Spool by means of Spool Winder Machine. The filled spools are then loaded into the machine. The Yarn on Creel Stand forms the Warp. The yarn on the spool forms the Weft. The fish net making machine knots these together and the net is produced. This is J- Block, MIDC wound Gokulshirgaon on to Kolhapur a roller. 416 234 (MAH.) Process When net of predetermined length is produced it is cut. The net is then unwound from the roller. It is then checked for any breakage of yarn on a mending stand. Any breakage found is Mended/ Rectified by hand. The net is then washed in tank. It is then Stretched Lengthwise in a length stretching machine. Here the net is heated to about 120 to 150 degree centigrade and ironed to fix the knots. The net is then bundled on a bundling machine, weighted and then packed.
