Economy and ecology are mutually reinforcing in WindShareFund The world economy is still largely dependent on oil and other dwindling fossil fuels for energy generation. Emissions of CO 2 and climate change caused by this is huge, with a devastating impact on our environment. Using more renewable energy such as wind power is the solution to reverse this. Wind charges us no costs, is sustainable and inexhaustible, clean and available to everyone. WindShareFund (WSF) invests directly in cost-effective and high quality wind farms, which have proven their quality and performance. WSF is aware that more people need to contribute to the generation of responsible, sustainable energy and intends to make the investment in wind power accessible to a wide audience. In order to achieve this, we have worked the last 800 days on the final product, the WSFClimatebond. This is a cost effective, green bond that is accessible to everyone and enables everyone to contribute directly to a sustainable solution to our energy consumption. To complete the creation of the WSF and put its end product (WSFClimateBonds) successfully in the market, WSF need an amount of 300.000,- for a successful finalizing and introduction. You can obtain financing from 100, -, and receive 8% interest annually. Share Wind Share Result Share the World WindShareFund

Why would I contribute as a crowdfunder? - You receive 8% annual interest - You contribute to completing the final WSF, and a solution for the climate problem - You receive the first WSF final legal information memorandum - You can register in priority to the WSF final product - You are also WSF funding partner - You are invited to come along to a wind turbine factory - You are a WSF Fire Member (if you want, you can help us think, see the website www.windsharefund.com) - The first 500 WSF crowdfunders will receive complimentary tickets to the dutch Open Air Museum of our WSF Foundation Member The text below gives more information about WindShareFund as an initiative and other information relevant to you as a crowdfunder. Who is WindShareFund? WSF is a (green) climate and energy fund, which offers to invest in renewable energy. Individuals as well as businesses and public administrations. WSF invests a portion of its results through the WSF Foundation in leading institutions that are involved in this development. Thus, in addition to the financial and environmental returns, society also benefits. Social commitment, innovation, and actively contributing to a better, cleaner environment, are important to us. WSF believes in renewable energy as a solution for a better environment. Technology and innovation make this possible. The WSF Foundation Members are: What does WindShareFund do? WindShareFund invests.. WSF is the first Dutch (green) climate energy fund that focuses investments in wind farms in both the Netherlands and Germany. Germany has a strong economy and consistent legislation. In addition, Germany is a leader in wind energy and has a very favorable climate for investment in renewable energy. WindShareFund works together.. WSF works with highly regarded professionals who are well known and have extensive experience in the Dutch and German green energy market. They will jointly guarantee high quality financial, tax, legal and technical fields. This WSF provides a secure and solid green investment product.

WindShareFund end product: WSFClimateBonds.. WSF has designed a simple, durable financial product called WSFClimateBonds. These green bonds with a fixed stable return are available from 500, which make participation possible for a very large range of people. The WSFClimatebonds contribute to the generation of renewable energy and we also receive financial as well as ecological and social returns. The WSFClimateBonds meet the sustainability principles of the United Nations (UN). WSFClimateBonds with a fixed return.. WSFClimateBonds have a fixed return. WSF invests in existing current and proven quality wind farms located in Germany, which have already proven their quality and efficiency. These farms generate clean and responsible power. This green electricity is sold to electricity companies associated with the wind farm. Therefore the contract is based on a fixed energy price per kilowatt hour (kwh). The agreed fixed energy price per kwh is also guaranteed by the central government through the German EEG (Eneurbare Energie Gesetz). All electricity generated will be reimbursed monthly and guaranteed by the national grid. These are solvent companies, such as the equivalent of the dutch Eneco and Essent like RWE or EON. From this solid revenue the WSFClimateBonds receive their guaranteed fixed return. WSFClimateBonds main features: - A green climate responsible energy bond - A fixed guaranteed return on an annual basis, payment per quarter - A green-labeled investment in wind energy production - Contribute to the climate solution by CO2 savings - Comply with the UN sustainability principles - On name, issued under Dutch law - Approved by the Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) prospectus - Low risk, indirect government guarantee - Available from 500, - Already achieved success WindShareFund.. In our recent start-up period, which was successfully completed and financed, we have laid a strong foundation for the WSF. In this phase, we have been devoted to building the team, the Board of Trustees, the WSF Foundation, devising the tax structure and ultimately the development and design of the final product, the WSFClimateBonds. Before this, we had an extensive research phase where we have been working on things such as: familiarising ourselves with scientific research into the

impact of energy use on the climate, the use and operation of wind turbines, obtaining the necessary legal and tax knowledge, conducting interviews with wind farm owners, obtaining feedback from investors, philanthropists, asset managers, funds, engineers, and scientists. Besides this, we have laid the foundations for the following phase which is the completion and successful marketing of WSFClimateBonds. What we do with your crowd-funding? WSF has completed the first phase, which was 800 days and is now ready for the next phase, which is the completion and successful marketing of WSFClimateBonds. The schedule is as follows: in the period from autumn 2014 to early 2015, we carry out all remaining work to complete the WSF and WSFClimateBonds completely. This includes the following activities: writing the Prospectus (legal transparent information memorandum) and obtaining AFM approval, the review of wind appraisals, writing the tax and legal section, conducting technical research, the implementation of an IT system and set up payment and registration systems and the establishment of an effective marketing campaign and implementation. Also in this period, the investment in the first wind farms will take place. We have already conducted extensive research so that we can shortly proceed to purchase. After the completion of the above, the start-up of WSF will be complete and WSF will be opened to the public with the WSFClimateBonds. Our organizational structure: The team off WindShareFund consists of: - Charles Ratelband BBA - Evertjan van Roekel Msc LLM MA - Gérard van Onna Msc MRE The above persons have gained extensive experience in both national and international entrepreneurship, as well as building, structuring, initiate and manage investments. This team has all the necessary expertise to bring a professional, safe, responsible, profitable and above all green investment product (WSFClimateBonds) on the market. WSF has a full Board of Trustees to which leading professionals from the business and scientific community have committed themselves. This Board of Trustees consists of four people: - Prof. Dr. A. van Wijk (Professor at TU Delft) - Mr. J. Toorneman LLM MA (former tax partner Meijburg & Co.) - Mrs. F. Zijlstra Msc MBA MRE (former director of the AEX listed fund Corio) - Mr. B de Jonge MBA (former director ING REF bankers) partners: On tax and legal collaborated with EY Sustainability, Meijburg and Loyens Loeff. Technologically, with Ecofys and Enercon:

WSF finds it extremely important to be represented at the largest and most important wind energy association of the Netherlands. The Dutch Wind Energy Association (NWEA) represents the interests of wind energy in the broadest sense of the word. NWEA is also affiliated with the EWEA, the European Wind Energy Association: Amortisation and interest payments: WindShareFund manages WSF, WSFClimateBonds and the wind farm. We are always looking for new investment opportunities, structuring and initiating new WSFClimateBonds, and looking after the administration, communication and marketing. The remuneration that is received depends on the size of each wind farm. When it successfully places the first series of WSFClimateBonds, WSF receives a fee of around 330.000,- cash flow is approximately 184.000,- amply sufficient to meet the obligations to the investors of Geldvoorelkaar.nl. Capital: WSF has already made an investment in the past 800 day phase worth approximately 250.000,- made to create the WSF foundation and put everything in the scaffolding. In addition, a wealthy business family has made a bank guarantee of 75.000,- which gives a pro rata return depending on participation for as long as the campaign is running.

Information evening for potential crowd-funders: From the 1st to 7 th December 2014, WSF will be running a no-obligation information meeting on the campus of TU Delft. Here you can meet various team members, make suggestions and ask questions. The exact date and time will be made known on this page. Caution! : Our WSF Foundation Cultural Heritage Member - the Dutch Open Air Museum - (including patron of historical authentic windmills) makes 500 free tickets available for the first 500 participants in this crowdfunding.
