Additional Information * All times are approximate. Actual times will depend on the pace of the judging. * Buses will unload and park in the back of the school. South Atlanta JROTC and staff will be outside to assist teams to the check-in area (located in the auditorium lobby). * Spectators will park in the front parking lots of the school, and there is additional parking above the lower parking lot. *If competitors desire to have wrist/ankles taped by trainer on hand, please bring your own pre-wrap & tape to First Aid Station (located in Auditorium Lobby). * Please advise your parents that Goody Bags will need to be distributed to the cheerleaders prior to or after the competition. We do not have the space to accommodate this in the spectator seating area. They can have them in their sectioned off area in the Auditorium. * Parents and friends are not allowed anywhere except the gym lobby and the main gym. * Updated rotation schedule will be presented at check-in. Staff will be located in all areas to assist with directions, etc. *There will be a coaches hospitality area in the main lobby outside of the auditorium. *There will be a Jump Off & Tumble Off prior to awards for the High School session & Middle School Session. The cost is $5 for one event, or $8 for both (per participant). Registration will be turned in at time of team check-in. *Each coach will receive their scores after awards are announced. They may be picked up at the DJ booth. *Event T-shirts will be on sale for $15.00. Squad names will be listed on the back. They will be available at booth next to the concession stand. *Admission is $7, and children 8 years old and younger are Free. 2013-2014 APS METRO CHEER CHAMPIONSHIPS October 26 TH, 2013 Jump-Off/Tumble-Off Registration Form Each school is allowed up to 3 cheerleaders to participate in each event. There will be a $5 fee for each cheerleader per event. $8 if a cheerleader is doing combo (jump & tumble) JUMP OFF RULES: 3 individual jumps to include single toe touch, single jump of choice, then a jump sequence to include 3 jump skills. NO STANDING TUMBLING along with jump sequence. Cheerleaders will participate in heats until judges select a final winner. There will be one competition pool to include JV & Varsity. TUMBLE OFF RULES: Each cheerleader is allowed 2 tumbling passes across diagonal of competition floor. There MAY be heats and there MAY be a girls and a boys category, depending on numbers.
