Village of Bedford Park ) ) SS County of Cook ) REVISED NOTICE TO SOLICIT PROPOSALS Notice is hereby given the Village of Bedford Park, Cook County, Illinois is soliciting proposals for the sale of real estate commonly known as 5401 W. 65 th Street. The approximate size of the property is 30 acres. The legal description is available for inspection at the Bedford Park Village Hall. PERMANENT INDEX NUMBER: 19-21-113-014/015/016/019/020/0211/022/030/033 19-21-114-002 This site is improved with some area of concrete, asphalt paving and natural growth. The property is zoned B-1 in accordance with the Cicero Avenue Corridor Overlay District. The preferred use would include the construction of at least one hotel on the site. It should be noted that a possible Village owned event center may be constructed on a portion of the subject real estate. The Village will work jointly with the successful bidder in developing a project plan. The Village of Bedford Park does not make any guaranty, warranty or representation as to the condition of the property.
