Company must guarantee monthly dues and all charges. All designees must be of the proven Company. A corporate credit card or a personal credit card must be kept on file and updated. Designee Memberships are transferable for a $250 fee.

Question and Answers Q: Why are some of the membership categories being changed? A: Membership Categories are being changed, due to the change of ownership after the bankruptcy, as well as in an effort to create fairness in membership prices, based on club usage. Q: Will my membership category and membership privileges change? A: If you are a Full Golf member currently, paying $455 nothing will change. If you are in any other membership category, yes your membership will be reviewed and possible changes such as dues and privileges may occur. Q: What are the Food and Beverage minimums? A: They are the same. Q: I have never paid dues. Why do I have to pay now? A: Due to the Bankruptcy the deals made in relation to the sale of real estate in the community no longer apply, because the community/real estate and club are owned by different companies at this point. Q: What do I do if I want to resign my membership? A: We certainly hope you do not wish to leave the club. However if you do wish to discuss your option of resigning from the club please call Melissa or Gary. We ask that if you do desire to leave the club that you please provide something in writing for the club records. Q: Whom do I speak with to discuss my membership and select a membership that fits my needs? A: Please call Melissa or Gary. They will help you select the membership that is just right for you and your family s needs. Q: Can I play other Affiniti Golf Managed Properties? A: Yes, you can for special member rates.
