7 Terms and Conditions Annual Golf Programs are Valid January 1, 2016 through December 31, This program is an annual play privilege to Legacy Golf Club. Legacy Golf Club has the sole discretion and right to discontinue this program without notice. Any participant who abuses the program and does not abide by the Club Rules and Regulations is subject to having their privileges revoked. All membership sales are non-transferable and non-refundable. Unlimited Golf: Practice Facility: Tee Times: Members may play unlimited golf for a period of January December 31, Depending on the program selection, a cart fee, per participant, will be charged for each 9 or 18 holes played. Throughout the fall, winter and spring months, Legacy Golf Club will offer participants special twilight rates. Weather Permitting, participants will have unlimited access to the driving range and all practice facilities during normal operating hours, (with the exception of special events and normal maintenance work). Hours of Operation: 7:00am 6:00pm (Spring & Summer Months) 7:00am 5:00pm (Fall & Winter Months). The practice facilities will close early on most Wednesday evenings for maintenance. Practice range balls are the property of Legacy Golf Club and may not be taken from the practice facility as this is considered a violation of the program and may result in revoked privileges. Depending on program selection, participants may reserve tee times either up to five (5) or ten (10) days in advance. Tee times may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Tee times not canceled will be charged to the participants occupying that time. Handicap Services: Participants will receive complimentary USGA Handicap services. Guest Privileges: Food & Beverage: Merchandise: Guests of Participants will receive discounted rates, up to three (3) guests per participant per round. Participants will receive 10% off food and beverage purchases at the Legacy Grille, Legacy Golf Club s restaurant. Participants will receive 15% off any non-sale merchandise purchases in the Golf Shop throughout 2015 (excluding golf balls and special orders).

8 Rules and Regulations All participant s and guests are required to register at the Golf Shop prior to the commencement of play, regardless of program. Groups larger than a foursome are not permitted unless approved by Club Management. Usage of Golf Carts is mandatory. They must be operated only according to the following procedures: Anyone operating a golf cart must have a valid and unrestricted driver s license. No more than two persons and two golf bags will be allowed in a golf cart. 90 degree rule is in effect unless the Golf Shop has indicated cart path only. Carts should never be driven on tees, slopes of greens or closer than 15 yards of the tee and greens. Private golf carts may not be operated at the Club, nor will push carts be allowed on the golf course. No players are permitted to carry their golf bags, unless authorized by Club Management. Participants may reserve tee times 15 days in advance. Tee times may be canceled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Tee times not canceled will be charged to the participants occupying that time. Participants may not play at reduced rates as a guest of an employee. Legacy Golf Club Dress Code, applicable to golf course and practice facility: Appropriate golf attire is required. No denim jeans or cut-offs. No tee-shirts or sweat clothes. Legacy Golf Club is a non-metal spike facility.
