5 2018 Lookout Mountain Players Club Rules, Regulations and Agreement 2018 Persons purchasing Lookout Mountains Players Club (Player Access, PDP, Night Owl & OWL) and guests of cardholders must comply with all the rules and regulations of the Lookout Mountain Golf Club (the Club ). The Club reserves the right to change or amend the rules and regulations or establish additional rules and regulations. Any amendment or revisions of these rules and regulations, whether included as part of this document or separately stated, shall be deemed the rules and regulations of the Club. While it is the belief that the Club s staff will know each cardholder, cardholders are required to register with the golf shop during each visit to either the golf course or practice facility. Excluding Player Access Members, and PDP Unlimited Cardholders. There will be times where the golf course will be sold out due to corporate outings and resort events. While it is the intention of the course to allow member/cardholder reservations, there may be circumstances that would make tee times unavailable. Use of the Club s golf course and practice grounds shall be subject to availability. On occasion, due to certain business conditions including but not limited to construction, repair, and maintenance, the Club may foresee the need to close the golf course and/or the practice facility; this shall not be cause for any rebate or refund of fees. Per the policies of the Club, there shall be every effort made to ensure that there are only two golf carts per group. Conduct that, in the Club s sole discretion, is likely to endanger the welfare, interest or harmony of the Club; willful or repeated infractions of rules and regulations or of the Club policies and acts or conduct deemed by the club to be disorderly, injurious or hostile to the interests of other cardholder s, patrons or staff of the Club shall be cause for suspension or revocation of the Card purchased, whether such acts, infractions or conduct are performed by the undersigned applicant or any of the applicant s guests. Should any cardholder or guest of a cardholder so conduct him or herself so as to give rise to cause for suspension or revocation of the Card, written notice outlining the infractions shall be sent to the cardholder. These infractions may be addressed verbally with the cardholder also. Any refund of the fees will be at the discretion of the Club. OWL/Night Owl cardholders may make reservations seven (7) days in advance. Player Access & PDP may make reservations fourteen (14) days in advance. PDP/Night Owl cardholders may not make reservations which include OWL cardholders more than 7- days in advance. Excluding Club designated holidays and holiday periods as indicated on the Club s most recently revised Rate Sheet, PDP Unlimited cardholders may enjoy unlimited rounds of golf for eighteen (18) holes of play Monday Thursday only (subject to desired tee time availability). All PDP cardholders may opt to redeem an allocated round on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on a Club designated holiday or holiday period and may due so for an additional charge of $ tax due at registration ($15 + tax June 2 Sep 17) Cardholders must cancel all reservations at least (48) forty eight hours prior to tee time. Cardholders who fail to cancel reservations will be charged the full amount of the reservation. The rate to be charged will be the current OWL card rate. Each cardholder or guest greens fee is payment for eighteen (18) holes of play only. Replays will be based on tee time availability. One (1) Reward Point is awarded for every $1.00 exchanged for a greens fee, cart fee or merchandise for the cardholder and their guests, provided that the cardholder s guests are not also cardholders, or at participating Resort Outlet: Pointe In Tyme, Different Pointe of View, and Tocaloma Spa Only. Reward points will not be awarded for Resort room spend. The cardholder is responsible for bringing in applicable receipts to have points awarded. Player Access & PDP Cardholder point breakdown: Player Access Single: 3200; Player Access Couple: 3800; PDP Unlimited: 1600; Night Owl: 700. It will be the cardholder s responsibility to have their membership card on hand at registration, as well as when turning in outlet receipts, to receive reward points. Reward Points will be redeemed in the increments listed on the Club Rewards Conversion Sheet only. Use of the Practice Facility is intended for PDP, Player Access and Night Owl cardholders anytime and their guests that are playing the course, that day only. Complimentary use of the Practice Facility is only intended for the Night Owl, PDP and Player Access cardholder. OWL cardholders may use the PF for $15, ($10 off the posted usage fee) If the cardholder brings a guest, the guest will be charged the posted usage fee for the practice facility.
