1 League Member Golfing Rates As a Hickory Ridge League player, you will always save 10% off our already low rates. Additionally, as a HR League player, you save 10% off all our rates whenever you play. (except outside tournaments you may be part of and online specials). Regular weekday 9 Hole Rate after noon - $21 (your rate - $18.90) Regular weekday 18 hole rate - $27 after noon (your rate - $24.30) League Day Power Cart Specials your rate - $9/$13pp Registration Fee Breakdown Full Club Members - $75 Non Club Members - $105 League members which are not Full Club Members have an additional fee for handicap computer registration each year. Full Club Members have this fee inclusive of membership fees. Net balance for league budget = $75pp Allocation End of season dinner - $20pp Season long prize vouchers - $10pp Weekly prize vouchers - $45pp (includes: weekly net prizing, CTPins & net skins) League scoring counts when 25% of the roster complete their game. Weekly prize vouchers will be awarded in this case.

2 League Scoring Format League scoring is based on your weekly net score. Net score is what you shot less your nine hole handicap. Anytime you reach a score of 9, please pick up your ball until the next hole. Each week pro shop vouchers are awarded to top net scores in each flight (A & B). Your weekly net score is averaged out over the entire season. Players completing a minimum of 15 weeks of League games, will be eligible for the League Championship Trophy (best average net score). Prize vouchers are also awarded for weekly closest to pins and net skins for each flight. CTPins will be on first shot. Pro Shop Vouchers Pro shop vouchers will be applied to League player accounts each week. Vouchers may be used to purchase pro shop merchandise at any time. All pro shop vouchers will expire on Oct. 15 th of the year awarded. Vouchers are not usable for green fees, rentals or food and beverage items. Handicap Records All League players have a handicap account. All of your 9 and 18 hole scores must be entered into the handicap computer following your round. A score you shoot any other day, or at any other course, should also be entered into the handicap computer to maintain accurate records of your handicap. Only players entering their golf scores into the computer are eligible for prize vouchers. If you are new to the League, you require a minimum of five scores entered to begin establishing a handicap.

3 Tee Time Signup League players may book their tee times online up to 14 days in advance. Online League times will remain secured to League players only until Friday before the next league day. You may book into those times either online, by phone or in person starting 14 days in advance. If you are unable to make the tee time you booked or someone else booked on your behalf, you must cancel your name from the tee time. You can do this online 24hrs per day, by phone or in person. Please provide as much notice as possible to make your spot available to other league players. Calendar of Events & Back Nine Starts In an effort to provide some variety of nines being played for League purposes, we have scheduled some League days where scoring will be based on the back nine and the League will start on the back nine those days. Please review our 2017 Calendar of Events on our website for the scheduled dates.

5 Kitchen Food Specials Each week, our kitchen will offer a League Special for your enjoyment after golf. Please check with kitchen promotion board for this week s League special. This year as a Hickory Ridge League player, you are invited to play in one of our new club events Match Play Event. This is a handicapped event where you will play head to head against another participant in a hole by hole competition. Please keep posted for more information, fee and signup particulars in the upcoming weeks. All League players participating in this event and who are not a Full Club Member, would pay green fees (less the 10% league discount) for their matches.
