Objections must be handed in to the secretary in writing, within half an hour of the event, together with a deposit of 20. The deposit will be forfeited if the show officials decide the objection is not sustained. 5. The management reserve the right to refuse an entry without giving reason and to cancel alter the time of any class, also to run any class in another ring. 6. The management reserve the right to limit the entries in any class. 7. All prize money must be collected on the day of the show or they will be forfeited. 8. Competitors having entered a class are not entitled to a refund or to transfer any entries to another date once the class has started, should they decide to withdraw for any reason. 9. The judges, stewards, Myerscough College Staff and official helpers decision s are final. 10. Strictly no lungeing. Any horse/pony in the collecting ring must be in a bridle. 11. Horses should not be left unattended when tethered. 12. Children must be kept under close supervision at all times. 13. Only competitors in the class taking place may use the practice fence. 14. Allow a stallion for which he/she is responsible as owner, lessee, authorised agent, or rider to attend a show, compete or be prepared to compete, in any showjumping competition without taking adequate precautions to ensure other horse/ponies, competitors and members of the pubic are not put at risk of injury.
