Late entries will be taken if classes are not full and will be charged at 3 extra per class. Telephone entries will not be accepted. Neither the organisers, nor any person acting on their behalf, accept any liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to ponies or riders, spectators or any other person or property. 1. The judge s decision is final. 2. All classes are run under pony club rules. 3. Pony club approved protective headgear must be worn at all times by anyone mounted. Hats must be presented for approval at the secretary s tent for checking / retagging when collecting your number. 4. Competitors must wear correct riding wear. 5. No money will be refunded in the case of cancelled entries except on production of a current doctors or veterinary surgeons certificate. 6. In case of cancellation of the show, entry fees will be refunded in full on receipt of a SAE. 7. No whips or spurs in gymkhana events. Spurs may be used in other classes only with DC approval. 8. Practise jumps must be jumped from the correct side (with the red flag on the right hand side). Failure to do so may result in elimination. 9. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times, please clean up after your dog. 10. Lead reins must be attached to the noseband and should at no time pass through or be attached to the bit rings. 11. This show is organised solely by parents and volunteers who have given up their time to ensure you have an enjoyable time. We would ask that you show respect and courtesy at all times.
